About this property

Holiday house at the entrance to the Gulf of Morbihan

This house, located in the town of Arzon, will seduce you with its view of the port of Port-Navalo and the ballet of boats, sailboats and old rigging entering and leaving the Gulf of Morbihan; The beach is 100m away, the weekly Friday market which extends along the harbor at 300m and the shops in the village of Arzon at 1km.
The house offers, 2 bedrooms upstairs, (1 double bed on the sea side, 2 twin beds on the garden side), 1 separate WC and a shower room. On the ground floor, a living room with sofa (bed for passing friends) and a kitchen equipped as at home (MLV + MLL + Oven + Plate + Microwave + Coffee maker + Nespresso ...) because we do not leave on vacation to lose comfort.
An enclosed garden can contain your pet if he goes on vacation with you and can accommodate your lunches around a BBQ and parasol. Sun loungers are also there for lazing around.
Sheets and towels are provided, but not beach towels.
If necessary, a WIFI connection can be made available.
Shorter stays may be possible with additional concierge fees. Household cleaning on request: 50 € package.

The house was lovely - the perfect summer stay with an amazing location, wonderful views, bakery 2 minutes walk, swimming opposite the house, cycling and walking from the door and creperie just down the road. Could not have been any better!

La petite maison est pleine de charme,avec tout le nécessaire et un bon confort. Les exterieurs clos ont pu accueillir notre chien,la vue sur le golfe est magnifique et nous avons apprecie la place de parking ! Les propriétaires sont tres accueillants et disponibles. We hadden geen info ontvangen over inchecken, zelf app gestuurd dat we om 16.00 uur zouden arriveren. Stonden voor een gesloten deur, gelukkig kwam even later de (zus van de) eigenaresse. Liet ons binnen. Was heel vriendelijk maar was heel snel weer weg. Kreeg wel op verzoek haar telefoonnummer. Nespressoapparaat bleek lek, in het koffiezetapparaat zat nog een gebruikte filter. Overjarige koelkast. Alles dat we uit de kast pakten, hebben we eerst maar afgewassen. Dieptepunt was het droogrek, dat vies en stuk was. Heel jammer, want het is verder een heel leuk huis met potentie, met wat meer aandacht van de eigenaar...

Quelques réserves malgré un site agréable

Globalement pas trop mal avec quelques réserves sur le ménage et notamment le lavage du sol qui manifestement n’avait pas été fait. Nous payons quand même 60 pour le ménage…Maison assez humide à notre arrivée (chambre 2 lits du haut, cuisine et côté baie vitrée au rdc)Présence de beaucoup de moustiques le soir ( passage par le conduit de la cheminée qui n’est pas obturé par une trappe).nuits difficiles compte tenu de ces petites bêtes…Par contre le site est sympa, proximité de tout à pied, embarcadère à proximité pour ballades en bateaux.Propriétaires sympathiques.Bien clôturé pour les chiens.Bonne literie.Il manque des rideaux occultant dans la chambre à 2 lits.

Schönes Haus, tolle Aussicht !

Das Haus ich sehr gut für 2 Paare geeignet, hat eine tolle Aussicht auf den Port Navalo und die Mündung vom Golfe du Morbihan, es hat einen eigenen ‚hundesicheren‘ Garten mit genügend Platz.Die Ausstattung ist wirklich gut, man darf es nur nicht noch perfekter als zu Hause erwarten - scharfe Messer gab es noch in keinem Ferienhaus.Die Umgebung ist zum Spazieren, Wandern, Radeln und für Ausflüge sehr gut geeignet und falls man - wie wir - die französischen Wochenmärkte zum Einkaufen mag, wird man in der Nähe fast täglich fündig

Tolle Unterkunft

Für meine Frau, unseren Hund und mich war das der perfekte Ort zum Erholen. Der super Blick vom Frühstückstisch direkt aufs Meer ist kaum zu überbieten. Die kurzen Wege vom Haus an den Strand, den Restaurants, zum Bäcker und an die Strandbar sind einfache toll. Die Küche ist super eingerichtet und von der Spülmaschien bis zur Hummerzange ist alles vorhanden.

Emplacement idéal mais…

Petite maison dans le jardin des propriétaires. Idéalement proche de l’océan, des commerces, du marché et de l’embarquement pour les îles. 1er étage, chambres, literie et salle de douche de qualité. Investissement à réaliser en rdc, cuisine, ustensiles vieillots et batterie à nettoyer. La vue est très agréable mais la baie vitrée n’est pas correctement isolée et je confirme que lorsqu’il pleut c’est mouillé à l’intérieur. Problème de moisissures. Les propriétaires savent qu’il y a un problème récurrent de chauffe eau, parfois eau chaude parfois non ou après de longues minutes. Un dépanneur devait se déplacer, nous n’avons vu personne et du faire avec jusqu’à la fin de notre séjour. Concernant l’accueil, il a fallut envoyer plusieurs mails puis sms pour avoir les informations concernant notre arrivée (la veille de notre départ nous n’avions toujours pas d’info). Sur place, accueil agréable de la part du Monsieur. Je suis vraiment partagé, l’endroit est top mais l’emplacement ne fait pas tout. Des investissements sont nécessaires, prix/ qualité pas au rdv.

Schade!

Das Haus liegt sehr schön. Der eingezäunte, große jedoch ungepflegte Garten erfüllt seinen Zweck. Um den Zustand des Hauses scheinen sich die Eigentümer jedoch leider nicht ausreichend zu scheren. Es ist von Schimmel befallen, das schöne Panoramafenster ist nicht dicht, bei Regen kommt Wasser nach innen und steht auf der inneren Fensterbank, wo sich schon Moos gebildet hat. Die Küche ist teilweise heruntergekommen, der Kühlschrank gehört ins Museum. Die Austattung mit Geschirr ist gut. Die Einrichtung des Wohnzimmers ist sehr alt. Im oberen Geschoss ist das Bad neu und schön, die Schlafzimmer sind gemütlich, jedoch riecht es auch hier nach Schimmel, und die Kommode im hinteren Schlafzimmer ist so verschimmelt, das man dort wirklich nichts hineinlegen kann. Der Empfang war freundlich, bei Abreise hat sich jedoch trotz sms am Vortag niemand gemeldet und gezeigt, wo der Schlüssel hinterlassen werden sollte. Es ist wirklich schade um dies schön gelegene Haus mit guter Raumaufteilung! Da könnte und müsste man wirklich mehr draus machen!

Urlaub am Golf von Morbihan

Wir haben eine sonnige und erholsame Woche in diesem wunderschön gelegenen Haus verbracht. Der Blick von Haus und Garten auf den Hafen war traumhaft. Wir und unser Hund haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden gerne einmal wiederkommen!
