Beautiful apartment of 43m2 completely renovated, offers a nice panorama on a pond of goldfish with an open view facing south. Ideal for 4 people.
It is quietly located in a residence with a private parking space, a pétanque court, 2 steps from the port, a 5-minute walk from the shops, bars and restaurants of Port Fréjus, very close to the gaming casino, the forum , the historic center and an 11-minute walk from the giant casino, or 850 m (2 minutes by car)
At the foot of the residence, you will have to walk 1km to access the beaches passing by different places either by following the port or by going on the very famous avenue of the nature base where you will find bakeries, pharmacy and other small shops either by small residential streets.

This apartment is located on the second floor with elevator, it includes:
A dining room living room with sofa bed (rapido style) air conditioned
