Nearly perfect

Everything was fine, we just missed the seaview, but I guess this was not within the description of our appartement. Others have seaview as well. At least we had a beautiful view into countryside. Next time. coutryside

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Christian und Sonia. Sie erwiesen sich als unfassbar nette zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und enthielt alles notwendige. Hervorzuheben ist der kurze Weg zum schönen Strand mit dem örtlichen hervorragenden Restaurant. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Super Wohnung

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Wohnung von Cristiano und Sonia! Wir hatten noch nie so nette Vermieter und so einen guten Service! Die Wohnung war blitzeblank und die Lage ist super. Das einzige was wir uns noch gewünscht hätten wären eine etwas bessere Küchenausstattung (Weingläser, und kleine Schüsseln). Ansonsten: sehr empfehlenswert!

Super Familienurlaub

Saubere Ferienwohnung mit schöner Terasse, die früh noch Sonne, hat im Laufe des Tages aber im Schatten liegt, was bei Hitze durchaus angenehm ist. Wem die Sonne fehlt, hat es nur wenige Meter bis zu einem kleinen, nicht sehr überlaufenen Strand. Ideal für Familien! Unsere Kinder im Alter von 11 und 13 konnten auf Grund der kurzen Wege und dem eher familiären Umfeld auch ohne uns zum Strand. Wasser hat sich auch gut zum Schnorcheln geeignet. Die Vermieter waren super nett. Nisportino ist ein kleiner Ort und ohne Einkaufsmöglichkeit, was wir aber auch genossen haben. Schöne Ausflüge, auch zum Wandern, sind von hieraus mit dem Auto kein Problem!

Prima Sommer-Urlaub in Nisportino

In der einfachen aber sauberen Wohnung wünscht man sich als Selbstversorger lediglich etwas mehr Küchenausstattung. Sonia und Christiano haben uns gut und freundlich betreut. Der nahegelegenen Strand ist toll. Zum Einkaufen muss man allerdings 20 min Autoanfahrt einrechnen. Das nahegelegene Restaurant ist ebenfalls gut. Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub.

Vacanza top

Semplicemente meraviglioso!!!! Località più selvaggia rispetto ad altre zone dell'isola e per questo molto molto più bella. Un grazie speciale e di cuore a Cristiano e Sonia che ci hanno accolto calorosamente e messo a disposizione un appartamento (Nispo4) dotato di ogni comodità e soprattutto pulitissimo. Si dorme benissimo: i letti sono veramente comodi. La vicinanza della spiaggia rende la vacanza comodissima. Peccato solo la mancanza di un piccolo market per le piccole necessità nell'immediata vicinanza. Il primo supermercato dista comunque a solo 10-15 minuti di macchina: basta quindi organizzarsi bene con la spesa a inizio vacanza e il problema di risolve. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo! Very nice, tidy and quiet holiday appartement.

The appartement is very close to the beach with a nice restaurant (3 min. walk only) - which is very nice. The owners are very friendly and helpful. But Nisportino is in a rather remote spot of the island - 20 min. drive by car to the next shop.

Gute Nähe zum Strand

Nah zum Strand, funktionell, Terasse im Schatten ohne Meerblick, gute Grösse, kein WLAN, Waschmaschine sehr hilfreich. Für Ausflüge Lage etwas abgelegen, dafür nicht überlaufen. Waren zufrieden.

Ottima vacanza

Abbiamo trascorso l'ultima settimana di giugno in questa bella casa a due passi dalla spiaggia. Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questa zona tranquilla dell'isola d'elba, il mare è trasparente e la spiaggia di ciottolini, i proprietari sempre disponibili, sono molto simpatici e ricchi di informazioni. Consigliato a chi desidera trascorere una vacanza immerso nella natura.

Ottima vacanza relax

Abbiamo passato una ottima vacanza. Appartamento perfetto per 4 persone, esattamente come indicato. Pulizia impeccabile, proprietari simpatici e sempre disponibili. Posto veramente splendido per passare un periodo in uno degli ambienti ancora selvaggi dell'isola. Lo consiglio.

Schöne Wohnung, sehr nette Vermieter, hübscher Strand

Wir haben unsere Woche in der Wohnung Nispo 4, in Nisportino sehr genossen. Der Nordosten von Elba ist wild und wunderschön, im Mai blühen viele Blumen und Gewürzsträucher, das Wasser ist super klar und die Strände sind noch fast leer. Der Strand bei Nisportino besteht aus Strand und Kieselsteinen in verschiedenen Farben und Grössen, super schön. Cristiano und Sonia waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Wohnung ist sauber und gut eingerichtet. Mit einer Veranda, einer Küche und zwei Schlafzimmern eignet sie sich bestens für eine vierköpfige Familie.

Un con de nature tranquille à 2 pas de la mer.

Belle région pour les amoureux de la nature et de la mer. Appartement très agréable, bien équipé, propre, sur et réellement à 2 pas de la mer (moins d' 1min à pied en tongs). Plage tranquille et très très jolie. Propriétaires très sympathique et disponible. Belles possibilités de ballades.

Meraviglioso

Abbiamo soggiornato 1 settimana in questo appartamento, la sistemazione è ottima e con tutte le comodità e la pulizia perfetta, l'arredamento è molto curato. Il complesso è immerso nella natura, si sta veramente bene e la sera c'è una brezza piacevole. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la tranquillità e la posizione, uscendo dal cancello la spiaggia è veramente a pochi passi e si possono ammirare tramonti stupendi. Ringraziamo Cristiano e Sonia, i proprietari, che ci hanno riservato un'accoglienza e una disponibilità fuori dal comune. Sicuramente ci torneremo!

l'appartamento è ben arredato e accogliente.

l'accoglienza è ottima, Cristiano e Sonia sono decisamente attenti alle esigenze delle persone. L'appartamento è molto vicino alla spiaggia frequentata principalmente da famiglie. Ottimo per chi ha bambini in quanto il contesto è recintato e non vi sono pericoli. Gli elettrodomestici ben tenuti e, soprattutto molto pulito. a A pochi metri c'è un ristorante/pizzeria a prezzi accettabili nonostante sia sulla spiaggia.

Appartamento nuovo e accogliente ad un passo dal m

Appartamento molto ben curato e pulitissimo. Spazi molto adatti ai bambini, in ottima posizione: a due passi dal mare ma fresca e con possibilità di sfruttare gli spazi esterni. Cristiano e Sonia sono sempre presenti e disponibili. Necessità di una macchina per andare a fare la spesa (15 minuti il supermercato più vicino). ideale per una vacanza rilassante e lontana dalla confusione, anche con bambini piccoli.
