We have additional parking for large vehicles (Trucks, Construction equipment) for an additional cost of $15, per vehicle / per stay / per week. This additional space must be arranged and paid prior your arrival. Near our space you will find supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, fast food restaurants of all kinds, department stores, hospitals among others. We are close to everything and everyone. The rooms will be prepared according to the number of visitors we have. Rooms that are not going to be used, will be kept locked. As an Island and tropical weather we share our environment with coquis at night and rooster in the morning among other domestic animals. They are not ours but are part of our surroundings a community.
NO: Smoking inside the apartment, Parties or Activities in or out the apartment. Any violation of these rules will result in a penalty of $250.00.

Our facilities are connected and depend exclusively on the public service for the utilities of the Electric Power Authority and the Aqueduct and Sewer Authority of Puerto Rico (450 gallon water cistern available). Our WiFi is a service offered by Liberty PR, its connection depends on Liberty's availability. Reservations are formalized in the recognition and understanding of this condition by the guest, so the interruption of these utilities will not limit or lead to the termination of the reservation or any type of refund.
