This Beautiful townhome features 5 bedroom and 4.5 baths and is located on the ocean side of Landis, only 5 houses from the beach!! The elevator access is conveniently located in the foyer, second floor hall and third floor hall. The first floor features a garage, foyer and family room with a full bath that can be used as the 5th bedroom. It has 2 day beds with trundles (twin) The second floor features a large bedroom with a queen bed, a middle bedroom with a set of twins and a large rear bedroom with a queen bed. The top floor features the living, dining, kitchen and another large bedroom with a king bed. This unit is beautifully furnished and appointed with nothing but the best. Large enough to accommodate a large family and conveniently located close to the beach and recreation fields, this is the perfect vacation house!
