Come stay with us in your own private Guest Suite Wing w/King bed, separate TV/Sitting room (w/Queen Murphy bed) and leather loveseat, 55" flat-screen TV, hi-speed wifi (38mbpsD/10mbpsU), City of Scottsdale water, 2refrigerators, full bathroom, His & Her sinks, soft water & natural stone tiled shower & porcelain tub combo. 2-door access to your own guest suite, with a private door to your lovely, sunny patio area. Outdoor grill, indoor/outdoor sinks, split Efficiency Kitchenette with oven, microwave, convection toaster oven, induction cooktop, countertop dishwasher.
*Shared laundry room with large-capacity LG washer and dryer, also included. Patio also offers exquisite mountain & desert views, outdoor built-in 27" professional gas grill barbecue and sink island, chaise lounge recliner, Mexican tile wrought-iron table w/chairs fire pit table/chairs and pyramid-style propane heater with dancing flame. 10-foot ceilings, ceiling fans, large roomy closets with built-in chest of drawers accentuate the rooms of this gracious living Sonoran Desert guest suite.
Please note: Higher-profile vehicles work better out here, next to the National Forest. Low-profile sports cars may not have enough clearance crossing the dry desert washes. Additionally, outside security cameras monitor the property.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please gather and leave all used towels in a pile in the bathtub. Make sure you grab all your phone and computer chargers - and other personal items! Thanks.
No need to make the bed, we will strip it. Let us know if there is anything broken or non-operational.
If we’re home - no need to lock the door. Please leave the keys behind on the hall table. If we are NOT home, please lock the entry door and leave the key in the bowl under the outdoor grill cover.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet Hours are 10pm to 7am, to help keep our natural desert neighborhood peaceful, for all.
Our Guest Suite is perfect size for couples. Please advise if add’l adults will be staying overnight - as an extra fee may apply.
