Enclosed grounds planted with trees on 750 m2, large swimming pool (5 x 12 m), air conditioning. Nature setting with beautiful views, many spaces to relax.
Access on foot: 10 minutes from Bonnegrace beach and shops in the LĂŽnes, 15 minutes from the Sanary market.

Nous avons passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour dans cette maison confortable et bien situĂ©e, Ă  la fois proche du centre et de la plage. Les lits sont trĂšs confortables, la climatisation fonctionne parfaitement et l’extĂ©rieur est un vrai atout avec une belle piscine et un jardin bien entretenu. La cuisine est assez bien Ă©quipĂ©e, mĂȘme si une machine Nespresso aurait Ă©tĂ© apprĂ©ciĂ©e.Quelques points pourraient ĂȘtre amĂ©liorĂ©s : la salle de bains du haut mĂ©riteraient d’ĂȘtre rĂ©novĂ©es. De plus, certaines chambres manquent de tables de chevet et de luminaires, et la dĂ©coration dans son ensemble est un peu vieillotte. Il est Ă©galement dommage que les draps et serviettes ne soient pas fournis. Enfin, un salon de jardin permettrait de profiter davantage du bel extĂ©rieur.Dans l’ensemble, malgrĂ© ces dĂ©tails, nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© notre sĂ©jour dans cette maison agrĂ©able.

Vacances au top !!!

Nous avons passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour . La villa est tout confort et spacieuse. La piscine est au top . Par contre nous avons prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© prendre la voiture pour aller Ă  la plage , mais en s’armant de courage c’est Ă©galement possible de le faire Ă  pied comme prĂ©cisĂ© dans l’annonce . Nous avons Ă©tait accueilli chaleureusement . Je recommande fortement. Nous reviendrons!!!

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour chez Sandrine et Eric. La maison est trĂšs jolie et l’extĂ©rieur bien entretenu. La chambre du bas et la salle de douche du bas sont trĂšs confortables. Toutefois la propretĂ© de la cuisine est Ă  revoir, il serait Ă©galement bien de fournir la bonbonne de gaz pour la cuisine extĂ©rieure. Les chambres et la salle du bain du haut nĂ©cessitent une rĂ©novation comme celles du bas, autant au niveau de la dĂ©coration que du confort. Les plages, les commerces et le port de Savary ne sont pas loin, il faut ĂȘtre sportif pour y aller Ă  pied (mes parents d’un certain Ăąge et les enfants n’ont jamais put y aller Ă  pied la cĂŽte Ă©tant trop raide). Merci Ă  Laurence et Ă  Justine pour leur accueil et disponibilitĂ© lors de notre sĂ©jour.

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr schön und absolut sauber. Gute Lage. Zu Fuß ist der Strand in 15Minuten zu erreichen und der Ort selber in ca. 20Minuten. Sehr ruhige Gegend ideal mit Familie und Kindern. Sehr nette Vermieter. Können wir nur weiter empfehlen.
