Loved the location apartment was bigger enough spacious for us Few more kitchen utensils maybe extra sheets and towels when weather is bad and you struggle to get it dried

Location Internet !. Paid 30 Euro's & all of us could not get Internet even after putting in the correct password.

The whole flat was completely renovated and with new bathroom fixtures and new curtains on the balcony. Very nice! The water faucet in the kitchen for heat and cold is backwards. Hot water is on the right. I burned my hand a few times.

He señalado la limpieza como mala porque la taza del WC había sido utilizada antes de llegar nosotros e inexplicablemente, el que fuese, no se dignó ni a tirar de la cadena Por otro lado, el interior del microondas esta muy sucio y el suelo de la terraza igual: El resto estaba correcto

Podría hablar del apartamento Carolina,que es sencillamente maravilloso,pero prefiero detenerme en Fincas Arena,mis padres llevan años alquilando apartamentos a través de ellos,por lo que me decante alquilar un apartamento con esta agencia,y el trato,el servicio,la limpieza,en general todo,ha sido de 10,sin duda volvere a benidorm y siempre alquilando apartamentos para mis vacaciones con vosotros,muchas gracias

El apartamento es bueno, el sitio apartado, la playa en ese punto es un verdadero desastre y peligrosa de rocas. La zona muy tranquila. El conserje del edificio David, un tesoro. El equipamiento del apto. es muy pobre, teniendo que comprar una serie importante de pequeños utensilios.

Es un apartamento q esta bien situado y es comodo.

Esta muy bien situado,llevamos varios años yendo a ese apartamento y nos gusta por la ubicacion q tiene. Un poco de pintura no le vendria mal,y unos muebles un poco mas modernos.

Agradecemos sus comentarios, pero queríamos precisarle que en nuestra web no se ofrece aire acondicionado incluido en el precio, es mas ni siquiera se menciona que lo haya opcional, Hay solo uno de los propietarios que lo tiene instalado para su uso personal, y si alguno cliente quiere usarlo, tiene un coste extra. Nosotros le ofrecimos el que dispusiera de ese servicio, pagándolo y usted rehusó. Un saludo

Me encanta él trato, el sitio, los vecinos. El piso es muy antiguo, el cuarto de baño muy viejo , colchones inutilizables y faltaba menaje en la cocina.

Our reception office is at the entrance of benidorm, all clients, come in front of uour door when they arrive to Benidorm. we are very sorry, but there are some papers and passport control mandatory by law and you have to come to our reception office. We always ask our clients if the book their own transfer, to ask to be dropped off at our reception office address and we will help you to get a transport till your apartment.
