Great spot close to everything.

It was a great spot that was very close to hiking, tubing and Sierra Nevada brewery. Group of eight guys so the house was a little tight, but never felt too small thanks to the outdoor area. It rained a lot while we were there but we put up tailgate tents on the deck so we could still use it. Highly recommend watching the weather for this reason because the outdoor area and large backyard are the best part of the house. Overall was great and great communication with owner.
