Ocean View 2 Bedroom with Beach Pass

This 2 bedroom has one queen and one full size Tempurpedic bed. The property is a naturally landscaped piece of Old Montauk on 2.5 acres with spectacular ocean views. There is central air conditioning and central gas heat. A wood privacy screen separates each outdoor space, an outdoor table that seats 4-6, and a Weber gas grill. Comes with a beach pass ($600 value) to many other Town beaches. There is shared Laundry. Rentals are from Friday to Friday in season June 27 to Labor Day Weekend. Off season 3-night rentals must end on a Friday or a Monday.

The cleaning fee is $275 cash on check-in. The dog fee is $250 per dog. Only small to medium size dogs. No cats or other animals.

Great getaway

The home was perfect for a weekend getaway. Clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and very cozy. Short walk to the beach or center of town, and easy to access everything in Montauk vis car. I would absolutely stay here again in any season.

Amazing

Our second time to Twin Pond and our visit was just as memorable ! We had 7 days of sunshine which made our trip that much better . Twin Pond is most peaceful property I’ve ever been to in my 30 years of visiting Montauk . The view is priceless and the property is beautiful ! Can’t wait to go back! Beautiful location

The property was even better than expected. We spent most of our time out on the deck over looking the water. The views were better than in the pictures and it’s just a short walk to the beach and even to downtown.

Perfect vacation

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The location is perfect and the deck facing the ocean is a view not to be beat for sitting and having coffee or a cocktail. Place was super clean and had everything we needed. Jeanne had lots of reccomendations for places to eat. We already talking about coming back next year and bringing more family with is!

Wonderful Escape with Amazing Views

Great value beautiful view

Stayed here with two couples & a toddler. Sprawling sloping lawn to the beach was great for her to run around and get her energy out. Easy walk to beach & town. Clean room, beautiful view from porch, everything we needed.

Mother’s Day getaway

With 3 generations in tow, 93 year old mom included, we were so pleased with our stay in this nicely laid out location. The rooms were roomy and immaculate. It was simplistic in design yet had great attention to details. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. The two bedroom was roomy enough and the beds very comfortable. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and so accommodating, especially to the needs of mom who has mobility limitations. We enjoyed looking out at the ocean each day. The location is close to beach and town. Pleasant walk to town for picking up meals or going to grab a bite. Would recommend highly and hope to return for a longer stay.

Atop a grassy knoll

I had a wonderful quiet getaway. The place is close enough to town to walk and get groceries for home cooking. The kitchen had everything I needed. I stayed in the two bedroom (unit 4) and there was more than enough room for me and my pup. The place was immaculate with beautiful light and views of the ocean for tour morning coffee on the deck. Jeanne was the best host.

Great getaway!

This is our second year coming out here and we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. Location is great, close to town. Property is cute, quiet and clean. Owner is super easy to deal with and quick to get back to you.

Great long weekend

My husband, 2 dogs, and I had a wonderful time at the property while in town for a long weekend. The unit was very clean and as pictured and the views were incredible! Jeannie was very kind, helpful, and available as needed. The other guests on site were also lovely and added to our experience. The location is in walking distance to the beach and town, which was also a big plus.

Montauk Month

We stayed at Janine’s for a month while my fiancé and I were working from home full time due to COVID. The location could not have been better and communication with Sally and Janine was a breeze. This was a summer trip to remember, which we hope to continue to do for years to come.
