NEW 4-Bedroom Oversized Casita with Pool/Jacuzzi, sleeps 10, spectacular golf

Inspired by Spanish style architecture, this luxurious Casita has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 10 and boasts a wide array of amenities that guarantee to provide the perfect vacation. The beautiful sunset roof-top deck overlooks the pool and the hot tub, as well as the outdoor grill and fire pit. With 15-foot ceilings, the Great Room features a comfortable living room, spacious dining area and a state of the art kitchen with modern appliances and a spectacular view to the patio. With a total of 2750 sq feet, the 4-bedroom casita sleeps 10 people comfortably with a beautiful, rustic bathroom in each room. Also has a private "reading room" also with bar seating for relaxation. TV is "smart" with access to Netflix, etc.

Along with a community pool and clubhouse, all visitors will have access to the world class Diamante amenity offerings which include:

- The Dunes Golf course (ranked #1 in all of Mexico and #38 in the world by GOLF Magazine)
- El Cardonal, the first golf course completed by Tiger Woods Design
- Both golf courses have "comfort stations" every 4/5 holes with rest rooms and drinks (with or without alcohol) and tasty Mexican food, all free of charge
- 10-acre swimmable Crystal Lagoon that offers paddle boats and canoes, and a jacuzzi, together with a water park
- A world class health and fitness center and 12-hole par 3 golf course (both can be used for a small fee)

Wonderful Property

Golf Trip

This was the perfect property for a golf trip. Diamante is amazing with the Dunes course being one of the best in the world. The host was very accessible and responsive to all our needs! Highly recommend this property!

Perfect Location and Property

My husband and I and 2 friends recently stayed at the Casita. The location is perfect. Walking distance to the gym, pool and tennis courts. The Casita is extremely well equip with everything you need including extras like condiments and storage containers that help out when traveling. We were able to have relaxing breakfasts and lunches on the patio, which is so nice on vacation. The owners were extremely helpful and always available when we had a question. The onsite laundry was amazing as well. The pool and hot tub were an extra bonus after a long round of golf and the sunsets from the top deck were amazing as well. It would be a great property to bring kids too as well with the 2 single beds and the bunk bed rooms. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a get-away.

Beautiful Property

We took our 4 teenage kids and a few friends to Cabo for their first time. They all had a blast! The home was clean, we had plenty of room, the girls loved the upstairs to read their books, and the pool just out the back door was a bonus. The owners were very accommodating and stayed in touch throughout the visit to make sure we were comfortable and to see if we needed anything. We will definitely recommend this place and pass this one on!

Amazing New Years getaway

We booked a short getaway fairly last minute and the manager of this property was great. Communication was easy and helpful. The home was just as pictured - clean and very well stocked with everything anyone could need. Plenty of clean linens, kitchen had everything to make a gourmet meal and there were even games for the family to play together. This was our first time staying at the Diamonte community. The shuttle would pick us up at moments notice and take us to the lagoon or down to the beach. The water was cold but given the time of year that was to be expected. We had a great time enjoying this property and would certainly recommend it to friends and family. We hope to return again in the future!

My name is Mike. We went to Diamante in late 2018 to play golf, and fell in love with the place. Building a Casita there was never in our plans, but we couldn't pass up the opportunity. This is a truly unique setting with incredible facilities, and most of all, great people and service all around. When I go to visit, the golf experience is complete, with spectacular golf facilities, but also fabulous R&R opportunities. I love the food, the weather and the people there, who all speak English well, so communication is never an issue. I have been going to Cabo for many years, and the towns (Cabo San Lucas and also San Jose del Cabo) have great attractions and restaurants. It would be my pleasure to chat with you and share ideas and answer questions.

It has a truly unique blend of the many things a family can want to do on a vacation. Great sporting activities-golf, tennis, boating, swimming, and putting
Great food-you can cook at the Casita on the grill or in the house, but if you want a break, several excellent restaurants with diverse variety of food to satisfy many tastes
Great service-friendly people who always have you in mind
Great surroundings inside the casita-roomy and very comfortable
Great comfort outside-spa, pool, barbecue, fire pit

What makes this property unique

First and foremost, its a place that truly has something for everyone, and allows for diversity of activities. The golf is the best you will find in Mexico-two fabulous courses, par 3 and putting courses on premises, plus most of the top courses in Mexico within a 30 minute drive. I've never seen anything like this lagoon, with desalinated water from the ocean, areas for swimming, boating and jacuzzi. Incredible sunsets from the rooftop patio. A variety of food and restaurants a few minutes away, with transportation provided throughout the property. Its a hard to beat combination.
