Welcome Home! With Underground Parking, Hot Tub, BBQ, Gym, the 835 sf Top Floor Condo has a Living Room for you to host a party or enjoy with your family and friends. Copperstone Resort is a year-round destination with 7 minutes to Canmore, 11 minutes to Banff Gate and 25 minutes to Downtown of Banff. Features you will enjoy with the condo are: * * Bedroom #1 with Queen size bed, closet, ensuite and TV. * Bedroom #2 with Bunk bed could sleep two * One queen size pullout sofa bed in the living room * Fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. (Note that the condo has kitchen cookware which guests can utilize to make home cooked meals, but all ingredients required for meals are the guest's responsibility to bring/purchase.) * Linens and towels provided. * Electric fireplace in the living room * Private in-suite washer and dryer * A private balcony with table and 2 chairs. * Complimentary access to the resort outdoor hot tub (open year round) * Shared BBQ grills & picnic area * Complimentary underground heated parking with easy access to the suite from elevator *Cable TV, free Wi-Fi *Steps from the condo are walking trails along Pigeon Creek and a wildlife corridor. Guest will get a dedicated code to active the smart lock, no Front Desk needed. We are not available on site but we will respond any request right away.
