Great experience

This was our 4th time we stayed at this property and it is just as awesome as the last 3. It as clean, easy to find, great communication with the owner and best of all is the location. Near the Vatican and with the subway entrance literally in right at the front door, you can reach all the sights in minutes.

Five comfy bedrooms, each with its own private bath, suited our family perfectly. Daily maid service was a plus we hadn't expected, but definitely appreciated. A variety of good restaurants close by, as well as St Peters, Castel Sant'Angelo, etc.

The perfect Rome property.

Lovely property in a fantastic location. Fabio was a great host, arranging taxis and restaurant bookings. 5 ladies in the party and we each had our own en-suite bedroom, communal kitchen and sitting room very well appointed. Would book again if visiting Rome.

Family vacation

This apartment in Rome was wonderful! It was clean, centrally located and the owner was very accommodating! If we ever visit Rome again we will definitely be staying here. All the rooms were very clean and each person had their own privacy. Just loved it!!!

Perfect location and venue for large group

10 family members stayed for 3 days to enjoy Rome before cruise. Fabio helped with transportation from the airport and to the cruise port. He also gave excellent recommendations for food reservations for 10 at delicious places close to the venue.

Amazing stay near Vatican

I highly recommend this flat for a stay in Rome. Fabio checked us in and gave us some fabulous recommendations for restaurants in the neighborhood. As we were traveling with 4 grown children, the 5 en suite rooms were very convenient. This flat is also quite convenient to many attractions in Rome—the Vatican and Campo do Fiori on foot and the metro stop just outside the door to our building. We would definitely stay here here again!

Multigenerational family trip

Great place, great host

Fabio was awesome. He gave us a short walking tour when we first got there. He showed us 3 or 4 of his favorite restaurants that were in the neighborhood (and more importantly, showed us which ones to avoid), and he was right! Great food! His place is plenty big enough for large groups, and it’s clean and comfortable. Great location.
