Beachwalk Villas have the best and quickest beach access of any condo complex in Shipyard. This villa is within a 5-minute walk to the Shipyard Beach Club and to the Atlantic Ocean. It is across the street from the Sonesta Beach Resort, the Van der Meer Tennis Center, and 27 holes of championship golf. Moreover, Shipyard has two gated entrances providing quick access to everything on the island, including Coligny shopping and restaurants. The villa is minutes from the brand new Celebration Park which opens in March 2020.

Our guests consistently note that the unit is the most tastefully appointed, casually elegant villa they've enjoyed. It is a corner, all-on-one level, 2nd floor, front of the complex, Beach walk villa - offering the most privacy available. This beautiful 1BR/2 full bath villa offers unsurpassed quality and value. It has a prime location: Shipyard , one of the prettiest parts of the island nestled between Palmetto Dunes and Sea Pines.

This villa has been totally remodeled - with travertine tile flooring, carpet, kitchen cabinets and countertops, eat-in bar/buffet, appliances, as well as furnishings! A walk-in tile shower and Brazilian granite vanity in the Master Bath has been added. A new and efficient Trane HVAC system has also been installed. Also, there has been an electric grill placed on our large back patio area.

The great room, dining room, and kitchen are open which affords unobstructed views making this already large unit even more airy, light, and friendly. The designer kitchen has a wrap-around bar for your eating pleasure and socializing ease. The great room has a fireplace, a new 1080p flat screen LCD TV,, ROKU with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu-Plus and a large queen sleeper sofa. The dining room overlooks the lagoon. The bedroom offers a king-size bed, a private bath, a flat-screen TV and DVD/CD player, and two closets. The unit also has a second full bath with a shower. Guests have wireless Internet access throughout the villa (and on the deck).

Outside, a large private, wrap-around deck provides views of the lagoon, wildlife, trees, and a glimpse of the golf course and tennis courts, all creating a tranquil setting. The villa is well stocked with books and caters to various reading tastes. Beachwalk has a large, sunny private pool and deck area. Golf, tennis, bike paths, a pool, and the beach are all within view or nearby, making this an ideal villa from every standpoint. Everything is here to make you feel at home at the beach and to keep you as active or as peaceful as you choose!

We had such a great stay! It was the perfect spot for our family of 3 and first trip to the beach. We had a small AC problem the first night, but the owners really took care of us quickly and it ended up being perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better stay, well definitely be booking again!

Wonderful Condo, great location!!

Great condo, in a great location, only a 5 minute walk to the beach!!! Very large for a one bedroom, the second full bath is a nice feature. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you'll need. Very clean as well, we'll definately be back!!!!!

Great Condo!

This was a lovely condo with the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever had when renting vacation units. The owner was great to work with and with the hurricane Ian hitting Florida just days before we were to arrive, and not knowing where it would hit next, kept nervous travelers updated on the conditions in Hilton Head. We hope to stay here the next time we visit Hilton Head.

Perfect Hilton Head week

Shipyard is a great community and Beachwalk is in the best location. Leave your car at the unit and it’s a quick walk to the beach. Clean and spacious unit with great communication from the owner. Definitely looking to do it again!

A Perfect Place

You cannot get a better location. Easy acess to Harbour Town, the cross island freeway, the pool and a simple walk across to the beach. The codo is equipped with everything you need. The atmosphere is beachy and airy and being on upper floor gives plenty of privacy.

Loved the furnishings at 106 Beachwalk

Neil and Kim's condo was super clean (fresh paint) and very well furnished. We appreciated the recliner in living room and desk in the large bedroom--amenities that are not usually found in one bedroom Hilton Head rentals. Our week was fabulous, and it was easy to communicate with Neil.

Hurricane Debbie stay

Even though we were only there for 2 nights due to hurricane Debbie, this condo had everything you would need for your stay. Kitchen was fully equipped, bed was very comfortable. We loved the deck - many places to enjoy a cup of coffee or a drink and enjoy the great outdoors. We never had any issues, but owner was a phone call or text away. We will definitely be back next year.
