Excellent staff and accomodations.

Ruben was an excellent front deck concierge. He informed us properly and took care of our check in needs promptly and professionally. The tall gentleman behind the bar took very great care of me and my wife while we had drinks and enjoyed the views. He was a joy to converse with and brightened our evening.

Amazing Location!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this condo. The location was so I ideal, walking distance to great shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants. The Biltmore Estate neighborhood made for delightful early morning and sunset walks. The inside furnishings were tasteful and all we would need for our stay and surprisingly lots of storage areas for a smaller place. We spent a lot of time on the small patio that overlooked the golf course and small pond, with amazing territorial and mountain views. The neighbors in the complex were very friendly, as were the guards at the gate house. Highly recommend this place, especially for those who require longer stays and want to feel like they are home.

Nice location for walking, restaurants and golf!

My stay was very relaxing and the view was better than expected. The fireworks display on New Years Eve from the balcony was a bonus! Walking around the community and playing golf in the afternoon was exactly what I was looking for in a winter retreat and this condo delivered. More local restaurants than I could get to on my list. The pool was lovely and the bed very comfortable!

Pros: Very clean, bright, quiet, no pet community, friendly neighbors, met other vrbo renters, shortcut into strip mall so could walk to dinner and grocery store Cons: use of strong smelling floral laundry detergent, bed is on wheels so it moves around, headboard isn’t attached to bed or wall so it bangs, no wine glasses

Location is great

Property is located with easy access to Phoenix, Scottsdale, and surrounding areas. High speed internet was a plus. Rooms were comfortable, well lit, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The balcony was charming.
