About this property

Renovated and Ready Beautiful Beach Condo

Welcome to our Gulf Front Condo. The unit is on the 6th floor of Sterling Sands.
Enjoy this condo with its scenic views of the emerald green water and crystalline white sand. Our condo has been completely remodeled with new furnishings. Enjoy the ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. Our deluxe condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Both bedrooms have a TVs for your enjoyment and have updated mattresses for your sleeping comfort. The living room has a sofa queen bed with two rocking chairs for relaxation. The kitchen has been remodeled with white quartz counters and has updated appliances with three swivel chairs. The dining table can accommodate a party of 6. There is a full size washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.

This condo rents Saturday to Saturday during peak summer. We do not offer discounted long term rentals.

Access to the pool area, common areas and private beach is controlled by the association Each member of your party will have to purchase a wristband for a small fee from Sterling Sands Association. Beach Services are available behind the building for guest who are interested for a fee. The beach service also offers beach kayak and boogie board rental for a fee.

Our Condo does not allow guests to bring pets. There is also a no smoking policy both in the condo and on the balcony.

Sterling Sands is conveniently located near numerous attractions, dining options and shopping centers. Just a short walk is Merlin's Pizza, Liquor store, The Track(arcade-bumper cars), and Big Kahuna's Waterpark. Shopping areas include Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Many opportunities to go fishing, parasailing, dolphin tours, snorkeling tours, sunset tours and Pirate ship cruise.

We had a great stay over New Year's. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and in a great location. I traveled with my husband and our three kids and it was the perfect setup for us with the bunk beds and extra bed in the second bedroom. The view was beautiful and we loved the easy access to the pool and beach. Also appreciated the prompt communication with the property manager. We hope to be back!

Perfect Views

Property is well maintained and tastefully decorated. Furniture is right sized unlike some other beachfront places we have previously stayed. Pool area is clean (and the pool is HEATED!) Great to have beach chairs and umbrella for our stay provided in the weekly rental. Well located in the heart of Destin beaches.
