Once again, another lovely stay

Les Arc 1800 Chantelle

Very pleased with our whole experience at Les Arc 1800 village. Our hosts communication and support was excellent and the concierge was helpful. We loved the apartment. Two adults and three children were very comfortable with stunnin views of Mont Blanc from double bedroom window and large comfortable balcony

February ski vacation

We had a nice stay with 4 people in Residence Sint Bernard. Ski room is spaceous and easy access. The building has an easy ski-in ski-out. Most pleasant suprise was the well equiped kitchen, which is something we do not find often.

Nice place - lovely resort

Good - nice spot. Bit of a pain to get down to the lifts but that was with three children and it was a bit icy. Nice flat though.

Great appartment in chantel (just up from but linked with 1800), suited our family very well; feels spacious & has all the equipment you'll need. We struggled to find it, but probability wouldn't have if we'd followed the instructions arriving by bus more closely. Theres access to a nice pool included in the next door building (use the key fob to get in, up the steps near the 'Saint Bernard ' sign close to the car parking. Decent double room, double sofa bed in the main area and bunk bed in a small room (this is quite nice, but doesn't really have a window). Would very happily rent this appartment again.

A great first trip to Les Arcs and a great apartment. Lots of positives;Truly ski in and out. Comfy double mattress, 2 bathrooms and separate loo (traveling with teenage boys), lots of plates and glasses etc which made it worth using the dishwasher (take tabs, although they can be bought individually from the Edenarc Spar), warm apartment, close to the ski locker, great views (weather permitting), underground parking (appreciated as we have 2m of snow during the trip), pool for the whiteouts. Owners communication was great, always happy to answer questions and provide information.Couple of things to mention- it is a steep walk back from the village. It took about 10 mins most if which is okay but the last couple of mins are steep. Okay for us, but maybe not everyone. Concierge communication was poor (but owner helped). It would have been good to have some information about the pool, wifi, and bins (they were hidden by a foot of snow!). We worked it all out but if the information was provided it would be easier. We had an issue validating our parking so had to pay extra but again, the owner was very helpful trying to sort it for us. It would be 9/10 if I could but for us the lost star is due to the above comments.

La résidence est très bien placée : tout se fait à ski ou à pied. Nous n’avons pas sorti la voiture de la semaine, ce qui est très appréciable.L’appartement offre une vue magnifique sur la montagne et le Mont-Blanc. Il est également extrêmement bien équipé, du jamais vu ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Le logement a une vue imprenable sur le mont Blanc.Il est très bien équipé, rien ne manque, bien au contraire. On peut également trouver beaucoup de patèrespour accrocher ses affaires et ça c’est très agréable.L’hote a toujours été disponible à chacune de nos sollicitations.

Bien situé, bien équipé

Appartement bien situé, skis au pieds départ et arrivée. Accès au domaine des Arcs, on peut vraiment skier directement.Équipement très complet pour 6 voire 7 occupants.Au calme, centre station accessible par téléphérique pieton jusqu'à 23h.Place de parking en sous-sol incluse, très appreciable.

Très bon séjour

Très bonne semaine aux Arcs dans un appartement bien pensé et accueillant. Le logement est très bien équipé et agréable et avec un départ skis aux pieds! Bonne communication avec le propriétaire toujours disponible et réactif.
