Aransas Princess 503 Beachfront 2 BR 2 BA Sleeps 6. Winter Texans welcome

Beautiful 1392 square foot two Bedroom two bath condo is located on the 5th floor with a beautiful ocean view from the living room and master bedroom. This unit offers a king size bed in the master, two full size beds in the guest room, and a sofa sleeper in the living room. Equipped with 3 TVs, cable and wifi. A/C and heater. Fully equipped kitchen, and new dining table for 6. (Currently not reflected in the photos)
The building has a hot tub and 2 swimming pools, one with an ocean view and the other with a city view. There are two tennis courts and basketball hoops, and shuffle board by the pool as well. There is an air conditioned fish cleaning room. You will be steps away from the beach.

Winter Texans welcome. Please message me for discount rates for winter months. Rates include housekeeping services once a week

Our family had a great time! We loved the location! Will stay here again. The beach view was amazing! Have stayed many,many times in Port Aransas and this was the best access to the beach without getting into the car. I walked the beach every morning and could leave the rest of the family sleeping! I wanted to reach out to host after our stay but cold not find a way to do that. But will share here in hopes that they get this. The electrical plugs in master bathroom did not work. The light over dining room table was so dim that we took bulbs out of lamps so we could see to eat. We went to grocery store and cooked at least once or twice a day in the unit. The kitchen did not have a baking sheet or pizza pan of any kind. We had to buy foil to cook things in. Eating utensils were very few so we were constantly washing dishes. Non of these things would detour us from coming back, but as an owner of rental properties, I would like things about my property shared with me! Hope you can share this with host!

Wow! Probably the nicest condo we have stayed in all the places we’ve traveled. We felt comfortable from the minute we walked in. The furnishings and decor were very beach appropriate. The master bed was very comfortable and the guest room beds were as well, the sheets and towels were way above average that you get in a rental. The view was as good as it gets anywhere. We are volunteering at Sand Fest and next year we will book here again.

What we most loved about this place was the view. Also there are two pools and a hot tub and a study wooden deck that you can walk down to get to the beach. The host was very quick replying back to my messages as well.

Excellent location. Awesome view of the beach. Unit was great with the exception of freezer, it struggled to freeze ice cubes. Place mats would be nice addition to kitchen supplies. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Swimming pools were nice and clean. Great communication with owner and condo staff was friendly and very helpful. Will book again and will highly recommend to family and friends.
