We really enjoyed the property, had everything we needed, and was a perfect location for our quick trip to see a Titans game! No expense spared with towels, linens, utensils, and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Really nice and unique place

Overall our stay was good. The building was very unique and the speak easy in the basement was awesome. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The only issue was that in the description the apartment was listed as a 2 bedroom but is actually only a 1 bedroom with a sleeper sofa in the living room. Otherwise, it was a great place.

Amazing property

We really enjoyed the location, the size, the amenities of this condo. This was our honeymoon location and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. We just needed food and drinks, everything else was available for use. It was very clean, very comfortable and felt like we belonged. Thank you Maria for such an amazing place.

Dissatisfied

The photos are very misleading, it’s disappointing that you pay for cleaning fees then the host leaves a list of cleaning requirements for you to do before you check out. The walls were paper thin you can hear every conversation in all the rooms next to you. The host did not respond to multiple calls and texts about check in process. One of the pipes inside the unit had red tape on it and was leaking, with the already horrible communication from the host I opted out of reaching out more. Would not stay here again.

Im sorry for your experience. We reviewed our messages and there was not many from you. There was no messages regarding leak . If we have issues like this we ensure we resolve it as soon as possible . Check in instructions were sent prior to checking in via VRBO messenger . We always get good reviewed regarding pictures matching our description and in matching the actual condo .

Eclectic bldg

We had a nice stay. The place was in a unique historic bldg-loved it. Super clean. The area was secure w new construction around us. Very easy to get around w Lyft but not much in the immediate area-however only 1.5 miles away from the cool neighnorhoods.. We had difficulty getting into the bldg bc the wrong code was given. Luckily someone helped us right before Maria responded to my text. We were also able to get in earlier than 4, as I had texted for the status. The only downside is some of the amenities. Most places offer the basics likes toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, soap, multiple towels, n some extra kitchen perks like coffee...this place did not. For the price, it would have been nice to see instead of running to the store for TP! We had half a roll to start. I would still recommended but if you don't want the hassle, then you might want to look where these things are offered.

This property was adorable. Perfect weekend escape. About an 8 min Uber to downtown. The bed was extremely comfortable (which is the important part 😉) & everything was clean.

Everything was great with the condo itself.. very nice. However, you can hear EVERYTHING in surrounding condos. Hearing music from next door is one thing, but we had a looooong second night with bed or couch rattling non-stop above.. like on and off for 6 hours.. good for them.. not for us and our sleep though.

This place was wonderful. The building and apartment were clean and well kept. The check-in process was simple. The host was easily accessible throughout our stay. The apartment is a quick 10 minute Uber/Lyft ride to Broadway and The Glutch. Even closer to the midtown area. Great place!

Weekend Getaway

Located just outside the downtown area on the west side, we found the location very suitable to explore the city. This property with old bones has been internally rebuilt with modern touches. The pictures are very accurate, Maria was fantastic and we enjoyed our stay. Keep in mind noise does travel in a condo property as this one.
