We really enjoyed this place! It is located in a great neighborhood and our host was very responsive. All the necessary items needed for a comfortable stay were available. Many people say this, but we are going to stay at this place again when we come to LA. Thanks Rita, see you again soon!

I had the most lovely stay! Such a peaceful and clean apartment. Nice and spacious. With lots of amenities. Wonderful energy and great care is taken w this property. Everything is clearly listed and communicated in a binder. The complex has beautiful open courtyards outside. Easy access for ride share options as well as if you have your own vehicle. I would definitely stay here again. And highly recommend you stay here if you value good energy and peaceful vibes.

This property was excellent and at a great price. Great location (at least for our needs). Trader Joe’s is close along with many restaurants and other grocery stores. The kitchen is very well-appointed with everything you would need to prepare a full meal. The 2 bathrooms were great. Water pressure was excellent and both were quite spacious. And we thought the king bed was very comfortable. It was in the mid 90’s most of the time we were there and the A/C kept up really well. Never had a problem with parking and both check-in and check-out processes were simple. And we really appreciated the full-function Ninja coffee maker .

I had a wonderful stay at Rita’s condo. The room was very clean and quiet, which allowed me to truly relax. The neighborhood felt very safe, and there are so many great restaurants within walking distance. Everything was perfect for my trip. This condo was amazing! Our family of four (parents, 17 and 20 year old boys) had plenty of space and enjoyed all of the amenities. Condo was super clean and well-stocked. Our host, Rita, was super easy to communicate with and was responsive to our questions. The location is wonderful! We walked to several of the surrounding stores and restaurants. Easy access to bus stop. People in the community were kind and helpful. My son ran each morning and felt completely comfortable and found great running routes. All in all, we would stay here if we visit again! Loved this property!

We had an excellent experience at this property. The home was clean and comfortable. The host was responsive and made check-in easy. It was the perfect spot for us as it is extremely close to Pasadena. We came from San Diego to volunteer to work on the rose bowl parade float for the San Diego Zoo Safari Park float. I would definitely stay here again!
