TROUVILLE PALACE - On the 5th and last floor (with 2 elevators) of an old palace, 2-room apartment of 50m2, with magnificent sea view, direct access to the boards, the beach and the activities.

Everything on foot: many activities on the beach (tennis, swimming pool, children's games, sailing school, surf school, mini-golf, Cures Marines, ...), 100 meters from shops and restaurants, 12 minutes walk from the station.

This was our second stay in this apartment. Has everything needed for a comfortable time plus best views of beach and English Channel. Clean well equiped and very comfortable bed. Host is excellent.

Vue imprenable sur la mer

Cette construction imposante, qui fut jadis un palace, accueille désormais des appartements séparés avec des pièces de près de 3 mètres de hauteur. De quoi se replonger dans les fastes de Trouville au siècle dernier. Notre logement comportait cinq couchages très confortables en deux pèces séparées par une porte coulissante. Vaste salle de douche, wc séparés et cuisine suréquipée complètent la prestation. Nous garderons longtemps le souvenir de notre séjour rythmé par le chant des goëlands, en sourdine derrière le double vitrage, tout comme le bruit des vagues à marée haute.. Bravo aussi à Dephine pour son accueil et son aide pour le départ. A refaire !

Location avec vue imprenable sur la mer, très bien équipée et confortable

Appartement très bien situé dans la ville (à proximité des commerces et des activités pour enfants notamment) et se trouve dans un immeuble chargé d'histoire en front de mer. Il y a tout dans cette location : la cuisine est parfaitement équipée pour cuisiner (vaisselles de qualité et ustensiles très fournis) et il y a un lave-vaisselle et lave linge. Très bon confort au niveau literie (On y dort superbement bien !). Aucune nuisance à signaler. Le grand plus : la vue sur la mer est superbe ! donc je recommande cette location. En plus la gérante et les personnes qui nous ont accueillis ont été charmants et toujours disponibles.

Très bon accueil. L'appartement est confortable et très bien équipé avec un tres grand lit. Accès direct à la plage et aux planches. Et de superbes couches de soleil. Appartement agréable et quelle vue!

Outre la magnifique vue (front de mer, on ne peut pas faire mieux!), l'appartement est très bien équipé (y compris pour les enfants en bas âge) et idéalement situé (hormis la plage aux pieds de l'immeuble, les commerces de la rue des Bains sont à 2mn à pied). Organisée et prévenante, Mme Gloaguen, la priopriétaire, fait les choses bien pour faciliter l'arrivée dans l'appartement et assurer aux locataires les équipements nécessaires. Super séjour, nous reviendrons!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement, qui est agréable, spacieux et très bien placé, sur la plage de trouville. L’appartement est tout équipé, la vaisselle semble neuve et impeccable. Vue sur la mer imprenable !! Très silencieux. Je recommande !

Séjour de 14 nuits dans un appartement extrêmement agréable , ultra propre, vue magnifique mer

Tout est prévu dans le moindre détail (caddie et cabas pour les courses, plusieurs chaises de plage). Tout est très bien entretenu, vaisselle nickel, grand bac à douche. Le linge de lit et serviettes de toilette sont inclus dans le prix. Je recommande vivement cette location avec sa vue époustouflante sur la mer depuis le salon et la chambre. Je garantis aucune déception , c'est la meilleure location depuis dix ans que je loue à Trouville et je ne manquerai pas de la relouer l'été prochain. Un grand merci à la propriétaire d'avoir séjourné dans sa location dans de très appréciables conditions qu'elle a mises en place pour notre bien-être.
