Au cœur de la campagne Normande, vous aurez plaisir à vous retrouver entre amis ou en famille dans cette très belle longère de 220 m2. Cette grande maison de famille, sans vis à vis, est orientée plein Sud sur un terrain clos, arboré, de 5000 m2. Idéale, pour profiter d'un séjour en toute tranquillité et pour admirer les nombreuses constellations et vous pourrez profiter du silence de la nuit!
Les salons de jardin vous accueilleront pour un apéritif convivial pendant que les enfants s'amuseront au trampoline, toboggan, à la balançoire ou au ping-pong. Piscine autoportée dès juillet.
Barbecue bien évidemment!

5 chambres, 12 couchages, 3 SDD, un grand double séjour avec poêle à bois pour les soirées d'automne et d'hiver , cuisine tout équipée (lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateurs, congélateur, lave-linge, plaque de cuisson 5 feux, four à chaleur tournante), espace lecture, jeux de fléchettes et babyfoot.

Dans les environs, Lac des Saints Pères : pédalo, tyrolienne, structures gonflables, golf miniature ou promenade autour du lac et des ruines de l'Abbaye de St Evroult Notre Dame du Bois.
