Village at Palmetto Dunes 3 Bedroom Townhouse Just Steps from Tennis and Golf

This comfortable condo has been a very special place for our family over the years. The location cannot be beat, as it is only steps away from the tennis and pickleball courts at Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center, an award winning facility. It's also close to the beach, bike/kayak rentals and the old-fashioned General Store, which we walk to each day for ice cream.

The townhouse is quite spacious with a family room, dining room with large dining table which is perfect for playing games or cards, and a good sized kitchen. It has 3 bedrooms (2 plus a loft bedroom) and 2 1/2 baths. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The Master bedroom is very large and has a King bed along with a nice bathroom with spacious bathtub and separate shower. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds and has a very large walk-in closet. The loft bedroom also has two twin beds. There is a half flight of stair between each bedroom. Also, each bedroom has its own tv.

The condo has a beautiful view of the lagoon out back and it has its own carport which is very handy. There is a very large closet on the first floor when you walk in which is great for storing sports gear or anything large. The pool is just across from our condo and it is usually always peaceful and quiet. We love sitting in the jacuzzi in the late afternoons there!
Our family is a big tennis family and we love that the courts are just steps away as we play every day there on their beautiful clay courts. They also now have a big pickleball facility as they have added many new courts recently. There is a wonderful golf course right next door and also a very charming general store that has the best breakfasts in the world. We stop there several times a day and buy ice cream cones or snacks and sit out on their large deck overlooking the tennis courts. It's one of our favorite things to do! Besides all that, there are wonderful bike trails and great shopping nearby at Shelter Cove.
