Cogolin

We had a pleasant stay in Cogolin. The property is spacious and the backyard was lovely. While there was some miscommunication with the housekeeper, I appreciate that we were able to clarify the situation with Arthur.

Una casa muy amplia, acogedora y agradable

Es una casa muy cómoda, con habitaciones muy amplias y todas con baño incluido. Estuvimos una semana en familia. La terraza es preciosa con un mobiliario rústico-viejo pero espectacular. Además geograficamente está muy bien ubicada. Cerca de Saint Tropez, Port Grimaud, playas de Ramatuelle, ... La comunicación con el propietario muy fluida.

Sehr schönes Haus mitten in Cogolin

Das Haus liegt im Zentrum von Cogolin. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer sowie die Wohnküche mit Wintergarten. Der Garten ist durch Bäume sehr schön schattig, was im Sommer sehr angenehm ist. Die große überdachte Terrasse mit Esstisch und Sitzecken bietet ausreichend Platz. In der ersten Etage sind 2 weitere Schlafzimmer, jedes mit eigenem Badezimmer. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack etwas hart, aber das ist ja bekanntlich Geschmacksache. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Für ambitionierte Köch*innen fehlt evtl das ein oder andere Küchenutensil (Käsereibe, scharfe Messer, Passiersieb, Küchenhandtuch..) und ein Grill im Garten (elektrisch oder Gas) wäre schön gewesen. 2 Schlafzimmer gehen zur Straße. Schläft man bei offenen Fenstern, muss man damit rechnen, die vorbeifahrenden Autos zu hören. Wem das stört, ist das Schlafzimmer zum Garten zu empfehlen. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Haus. Wir haben die 2 Wochen sehr genossen und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Wir möchten uns nochmal ganz herzlich bedanken bei Adelaide. Sie hat sich uns mit großer Herzlichkeit empfangen und war immer für uns da. Danke!!!!

Vacances familiales août 2021

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette très belle maison de ville au charme indéniable. Lorsque l’on pousse la porte de cette bâtisse on ne s’attend pas à y découvrir un si bel endroit, le jardin et la terrasse couverte offre un espace totalement inédit en ville, fabuleux pour organiser des jolis dîner entre amis ou prendre des petits déjeuner à la fraîche. L’accueil par Adélaïde est irréprochable, elle est très à l’écoute et ultra réactive. La maison est située à 20 mn des plages et de Ramatuelle, Cogolin offre la possibilité de faire des courses à des tarifs raisonnables (précieux pour la région) la maison est située dans le vieux village plein de cachet et calme, malgré le fait que la maison soit en ville nous n’avons pas eu de difficulté pour nous garer. nous recommandons +++ et reviendrons avec plaisir.
