This stunning villa is situated in the residential area Sabadeco, only an 8 minute drive to the center of Kralendijk. Enjoy the fully private ocean front right at your own villa!

Kas Berde Kant'i Laman offers a lot of space and is therefore very suitable for groups. All bedrooms have their own entrance from the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom, which will offer all guests a lot of privacy. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, while the other bedrooms are having a queen-size bed.

The constant breeze makes the outside living room the perfect spot to relax or to enjoy your home cooked meals. Or enjoy a cold drink at the oceanfront gazebo, while having panoramic views over the clear blue sea. To cool down, jump into the private pool or take the stairs into the Caribbean Sea! The direct access to the ocean makes the villa the perfect place for divers and snorkelers, snorkel or dive in your own backyard!

Beautiful Oceanfront

A perfect place for our family of 4! We enjoyed the beautiful view, the pool/ patio and especially the private ocean access. A very easy entry into the water for diving and a beautiful house reef. Situated between Andrea 2 and Barcardera dive sites. We will definitely be back!

Winter Vacation

Great location.Easy access to ocean for snorkeling.Terrific pool.Very clean.Wonderful layout.Nice beds.Roof leaked in 4 locations - 2 bedrooms, laundry room, and living room. Luckily it doesn't rain much in Bonaire. Hot water for showers was an issue - especially for master bedroom shower.

Beachfront home

The location is perfect, with ocean access from the back yard. Not much communication from Sunbelt Realty, the managers of the property, but we found the house and the keys worked. The house was clean and everything worked, but there are no rinse tanks or place to hang dive gear. There was a significant rain, and the roof leaked over two of the beds, and in the main room. Overall, with a fairly high price, we rated it as okay but needs work on the roof.
