About this property

Very nice apartment renovated in early 2020, it is located on BD Nessman, on the 1st floor of a bourgeois building 150 meters from the town hall square.
This beautiful location means that you enjoy the medieval town, the historic center, without having the disadvantages: noise and crowds in July and August.
You have 2 parking spaces in the courtyard at the back of the building, free private parking. Parking in Sarlat is a real problem, free spaces are few and far from the center.
A garden is at your disposal.
You will like the height of the ceilings, the brightness of the apartment and the calm of the two bedrooms located on the backyard.
Everything is new, both linen and household appliances. Electric oven, hob, as well as microwave oven will help you cook our good Perigord cuisine, a dishwasher, all in a very bright room. In the bathroom, 2 sinks, washing machine and dryer.

Fantastic location beautifully appointed apartment

Our stay in Sarlat was wonderful! The apartment was beautifully and comfortably furnished with everything we needed for a two-week stay. It is located near an entrance leading into the heart of the Old Town…to the markets, restaurants, shops, etc. There is free parking in the lot behind the building so we could drive in and out at will to see the many sights of the Perigord region.

Schöne großzügige Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. In 2 Minuten ist man in der Altstadt. Wichtig in Sarlat: ein privater Parkplatz ist dabei. Niyada war sehr hilfsbereit und bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert

Excellent séjour

Appartement très bien placé à trois minutes à pieds de la place centrale. L'intérieur est très bien entretenu. Avec la chaleur de ce mois de juin la clim était la bienvenue. Merci à Monique pour les murs décorés avec goût de ses tableaux. Merci de même à Niyada pour son accueil et ses conseils. Nous recommandons sincèrement cette location !

très bon emplacement

bel appartement idéalement situé à 100 mètres du coeur de ville avec une place de parking gratuit dans la cour ( ce qui est très appréciable à Sarlat où tous les parkings sont payants). attention à la salle de bain où la porte est transparente!!!! et où il manque une petite étagère dans la douche pour poser bain douche et shampoing. petit détail dans la cuisine, pas d'ouvre boite. location globalement satisfaisante et à recommander

Locatie and free parking

Very good location in old town centre of Sarlat. Free parking at the back of the house. Did not use garden, stayed at centre every afternoon. Well equiped apartment.
