Emplacement du logement optimal ! Le spectacle est sans cesse sous nos yeux depuis le balcon ou grâce aux baies vitrées ; la vue du 3ème étage est juste splendide.Ce cadre idyllique fait oublier la vétusté de la salle de bain, la bassine sous le lavabo pour la fuite d'eau, la moquette tâchée dans la pièce de vie... Il suffirait d'un peu plus d'entretien pour que tout soit parfait !Malgré tout, vacances magnifiques et très bon accueil de la part du service de conciergerie.

Agréable séjour

Vue exceptionnelle. Appartement agréable à la configuration assez curieuse.Couverts pas à la hauteur. Pas de tire-bouchons (vraisemblablement subtilisé) ni couteau à pains ni couteaux de cuisine ni pinces à crustacés bref pour les prochains arrivants pensez à amener TOUT ce qui ne paraît pas essentiel.

Très bel appartement ! Vue magnifique

Très fidele à l’annonce, la vue est absolument magnifique et l’appartement est très bien situé car le centre est proche à pieds ! Le gérant est très agréable et répond aux questions très rapidement. Nous avons passé un très bon week end ! Quelques pièces pourraient être rafraîchirent. Je conseille!

Séjour agréable

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans cet appartement confortable. La pièce de vie et la vue sur la plage et le cap d'Erquy sont les atouts de ce logement. Un grand merci à la conciergerie du Penthievre pour leur accueil simple, efficace et chaleureux. L'appartement mériterait toutefois quelques travaux pour rendre la salle de bain plus moderne et confortable, la cuisine et l'arrière cuisine également. En hiver, l'isolation (baies vitrées vieillissantes) et la ventilation de l'appartement ne sont pas suffisants pour maintenir un confort thermique sans pousser le chauffage au dessus de 20.LL'apmerieteraittoutefois quelques travaux

Wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Meer. Man hat einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf den Strand. Nur ein Fussweg liegt dazwischen. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet. Das Wohnzimmer hat neuere Möbel und die Bettten sind bequem. Leider ist das Badezimmer in einem sehr schlechten Zustand und sollte dringenst renoviert werden. Auch das Wc sollte erneuert werden. In der Küche sollten die Kaffeemaschine und der Wasserkocher ersetzt werden. Die Wohnung wurde leider vor unser Ankunft nicht gut gereinigt. Das ist schade, weil die Wohnung sonst wirklich toll wäre.

Superschöner Urlaub

Wir haben uns darüber gefreut, dass wir wirklich direkten Blick auf den Atlantik hatten und sich das Gezeitenspektakel direkt vor uns abgespielt hat. Es kam mir manchmal so vor, als würde ich vor dem Fernseher sitzen. Die Wohnung ist großzügig, es steht alles zur Verfügung. Allerdings hätte ich mir einen Föhn in der Badaustattung gewünscht. Des weiteren wären ausreichend Tabs für Spül- und Waschmaschine wünschenswert. Alles in allem kann ich die Wohnung auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen. Grüße von LISZA!

Nous ne pouvons qu’être surpris et déçus de vous lire. Surpris car dans votre dernier message vous vous excusiez de n’avoir pas avoir lu ni répondu aux messages envoyés. Malgré vos messages désagréables et très tardifs, nous vous avons appelés plusieurs fois au vu vos incompréhensions. Le service de conciergerie nous a partagé les mêmes problèmes de comportement… Il est toujours très regrettable de louer notre appartement dans ces conditions.

Traumhafter Blick. Gemütliche Küche. Gute Aufteilung der Wohnung. Leider teils Teppichboden. Im Gegensatz zum Rest der Wohnung fehlt es in der Küche an Sauberkeit (Schränke und Küchenutensilien). Trotzdem würden wir wiederkommen.

Magnifique vue sur la mer

Appartement au top ! Superbe vue sans route , rien que la mer . Appartement grand,propre et le concierge Baptiste très sympa et à l'écoute. Ravis de notre séjour !
