Just one block from Uptown Sedona's shops, restaurants, and galleries — and a 5-minute drive to the Jim Thompson and Brin's Mesa trailheads — The Iconic Sedona House puts you close to everything while still offering a peaceful place to come home to each night. Soak it all in your 4-person hot tub on the large deck, taking in Red Rock views, or unwind in the spacious shared backyard (shared with our three sister properties) with outdoor games, fire pits, and a dog run — a great spot for pets and groups to spread out, while the home remains your own peaceful retreat.

This 1,100 sq ft, 2-bedroom, 2-bath home is fully equipped for stays of any length. The well-provisioned kitchen is stocked with all the needed cookware, coffee, tea, spices, and everyday essentials, and a washer and dryer mean you can pack light and stay longer without laundry runs — making this an especially comfortable home base for guests planning a long weekend or an extended stay in Sedona. Pets are allowed with a fee and pre-approval by management. If you are considering bringing a pet, please let us know. The pet fee is $75 for 1 pet, and $125 for 2 pets. Pets are not allowed on furniture.

Your large deck is the perfect spot to relax in the evening while soaking in the 4-person ozonated hot tub and watching the golden glow of sunset over the Red Rocks, or enjoy an outdoor meal from your BBQ. Summer evenings and mornings often bring cool Sedona breezes. The shared backyard is spacious and shared among four properties — play some yard games and let your dog stretch their legs in the dog run.

Oversized deck with a 4-person hot tub (hot tub towels provided; ozone generator for continuous sanitizing), BBQ, and outdoor table and chairs. Worth knowing: the hot tub faces the street, so it offers relaxing Red Rock and night sky views rather than full seclusion. (We are in the process of adding privacy curtains.)

The backyard is a shared community space accessed by the gate to the right of the garage (no direct interior door) — well worth it for the amazing views, fire pits with Adirondack chairs, yard games and a dog run and being just steps from Uptown Sedona.
