Luxury 4 bedroom Chalet with Hot Tub (sleeps 8 people comfortably)

This luxury chalet is only a 5 minute drive from the Kreischberg ski resort
It is also next door to a championship golf course, and a perfect Summer location for walking, cycling, hiking and relaxing.
There is a large hot tub Jacuzzi outside - perfect in the snowy Winter conditions !
There are two double bedrooms, and two twin bedrooms (as well as a large sofa bed in the lounge area)
Two bathrooms, one with a shower cubicle and the other with a bath and shower.
Ski and boot storage room.
Large glass windows from the lounge, enjoying fantastic views of the mountains.
Lounge also has a large flat screen TV/DVD Player, and is heated by a central gas fired log-effect fireplace.
Fully equipped kitchen, with large dining area (or outside dining in the Summer on the verandah).
Parking for up to 3 cars.
Excellent restaurant/bar only 5 minutes walk away.
The town of Murau only a 5 minute drive away (with many bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc...) and there are a number of other ski resorts within comfortable driving distance.

We are an English family with children, and wanted somewhere our children could learn to ski but also enjoy beautiful Summers too

Why they chose this property

The property is very close to both a great family ski resort (for the Winter) and also a lovely golf course and mountain walks/cycling (for the Summer). It's also big enough for us to have friends and family out there with the hot tub is great fun too ! :-)

What makes this property unique

The views from the chalet are stunning, and can be enjoyed in both Summer and Winter not much beats being sat out in the hot tub in the middle of Winter, enjoying a drink ! :-)
