For your stay, you will be installed in the accommodation of your choice, ideally located 2 minutes walk from the historic centre of Sarlat, next to the public garden, tourist office, restaurant, cinema, etc....

Apartment 2 is self-contained and has a covered terrace
It is on the garden level where there are tables and armchairs to enjoy the sun on the second floor

The advantage of the rental: after a day of visiting the region or swimming on the banks of the Dordogne, you can return to your place of stay (without looking for a parking space) and go out in the evening on foot to stroll through the pedestrian streets, enjoy the terraces of the restaurants and street performances (Theatre Festival from mid-July to mid-August).

You can radiate around Sarlat for visits and leisure.

An excellent base for exploring

The apartment is very well located and has everything you need, with a well equipped kitchen, access to laundry and a great balcony to relax on of an evening.

Quiet with a fabulous location

We were fortunate to stay in Christine s apartment as the location was perfect, the apartment very comfortable and quiet, and Christine and her sister very helpful despite our lack of a good French vocabulary! Cannot recommend it enough as it was perfect for us and our day trips. Provisions at the market and nearby boulangeries.

Convenient and Comfortable in Sarlat

Fantastic hostess. Convenient to downtown Sarlat. Very comfortable, well equipped kitchen, the AC worked great (it was over 40º C) when we were there. Parking is right on site. This would be our first choice for Sarlat.

Petit nid douillet en plein centre de Sarlat. Lieu calme et reposant. Parking privatif privilégiant balades pédestres ou déjeuner sans l'obligation de se véhiculer.J'y reviendrais surement.Petit plus, pouvant être améliorer, la présence d'une machine à laver ! mais difficile à intégrer dans cet espace où l'optimum est utilisé. Mais ne perdez pas espoir, une laverie vous attend à deux pas et elle est très pratique.Pour terminer n'oublions pas l'hôte. Une personne charmante, d'une profonde gentillesse, sachant accueillir.Ce bien est à recommander à tous les couples désirant profiter de la région.Ce fut un grand dépaysement pour 2 corses venus pour visiter et gouter aux spécialités du Périgord.

Superbe quinzaine passée dans ce logement que je recommande vraiment. Très fonctionnel avec une grande terrasse, parking, et situé à 100 mètres de l’entrée du centre historique, ce qui constitue un véritable atout. Les quelques marches pour accéder au logement ne nous ont nullement dérangé . Tout était parfait , la propriétaire et sa belle sœur toujours disponible pour un renseignement et de bons conseils. Encore merci, et sans doute à une prochaine fois.

Logement très bien situé aux portes du centre de Sarlat. Climatisation qui fait beaucoup de bien quand on est en période de canicule. Grande terrasse couverte qui permet de profiter de l’extérieur sans cuire au soleil. Nous avons passé une belle semaine.

Séjour agréable. Concernant l'appartement rien à redire très bien.Maintenant le point négatif c’est qu’il faut gravir 34 marches pour accéder à l'appartement. Ce qui n'est pas mentionné dans le descriptif de l'annonce surtout pour des personnes à mobilité réduite ou autres soucis.Pour notre cas c’est terminé. Autre petit bémol faire payer le supplément des draps en espèces je pense que cela n'est pas normal.

Sejour marché de noel à Sarlat

Très bon sejour,appartement très propre,bien situé. Pas besoin de voiture,marché de Noël en bas de la résidence. Une autre saison qui apporte d autres couleurs qu en été. Merci pour l accueil que nous avons eu, à refaire.

Très agréable séjour

Un accueil parfait pour un appartement propre, bien équipé. Logement parfaitement situé à proximité de la vieille ville Sarlat, tout se fait à pied. Le parking privé est très apprécié. Je conseille sauf pour les personnes qui ont des problèmes avec les marches.

logement idéal pour visiter SARLAT et la région

un vrai plaisir de résider 2 semaines dans ce logement. repas sur la terrasse protégée tous les jours. logement situé à 300 des 1ers commerces de SARLAT. contact excellent avec Mme FELIU la propriétaire. Logement fonctionnel, spacieux et calme. la clim est également un réel plus lorsqu'il fait chaud. Parfait et confortable.

Très belle region...beaucoup de sites à visiter, une gastronomie délicieuse,...l'appartement très bien situé permet de déambuler dans Sarlat à différents moments de la journée.
