Just 200 metres from the Château de Sully-sur-Loire, 50 metres from the banks of the Loire River, and 10 minutes from the Dampierre power plant. 30 minutes from Lamotte-Beuvron. Fully renovated, it can accommodate up to 12 people. Ideal for family weekends, groups, or business trips. The 30 m² living room/kitchen features a 55" flat-screen TV.
