30 km south of Bastia, and 17 km from the airport, our rentals are ideally located near the seaside resort of Moriani-plage and on the road to Porto-Veccio and Bonifacio

In the heart of a region that has preserved its authenticity between Casinca and Costa Verde, our villas enjoy a location between the sea and the mountains and views of the woods!

The beach is only a 3 minute drive away, no traffic jams and overcrowding!
You can enjoy with your family the joys of the sea, the beach and also the discovery of the superb typical villages of the surrounding area as well as walks in the mountains.

The VILLA 85 m² (6/7 people + cot) with 2 comfort bedrooms with air conditioning 140 x 190 beds, air conditioning, one bedroom
with a single bed + cot, sofa bed for 2 people. 1 shower room + double sink. TV.

1 Terrace 35m² with view of the woods and small sea view, large awning.

Maison bien équipée, au calme, très bien située, avec une grande terrasse sur la verdure et une petite piscine bien agréable pour se rafraichir en cet été caniculaire. La climatisation est aussi très appréciable. Plancha sur la terrasse. Accueil agréable et attentionné. Tous commerces à proximité, ainsi que plusieurs plages. Nous avons pu rayonner facilement dans la Casinca, la Castagniccia et Bastia.

Wir haben zu viert 2 sehr schöne Wochen verbracht. Die Gegend ist wirklich sehenswert (Berge & Meer) und in und am Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man zur Erholung braucht!

Excellente prestation

Très bon séjour dans cette magnifique maison extremement bien équipée avec de l'électroménager de qualité. Tout y était neuf et propre donc pas de mauvaises surprises. Maison bien agencée avec terrasse au calme dans la propriété des propriétaires mais ceux-ci étaient très discrets. Quartier résidentiel et très calme avec vue sur la nature. Très belle plage à 3 min en voiture propre et déserte. Propriété facile d'accès avec commerce à proximité sur Folleli. Accueil chaleureux, Alain et Joëlle sont adorables, discrets tout en étant aux petits soins si besoin. A renouveler.
