It was simply an OKAY experience

It was not what we expected for the price, we got there at 4:30pm and our room wasn’t ready so we waited til 5:30pm when check in is supposed to be at 4pm. Everyone looks upset and having a bad day! The bellman Leo and the Beach food guy Mariano we’re about the only ones that enjoyed their job and gave a great customer service. We will not return to Seacoast ever again.

Better than expected

After reading a couple of reviews I was hesitant and considered canceling my reservation. However the team addressed my concerns expediently and reception staff was informed and helpful. Our 2 bedroom suite had a beautiful balcony view of Collins Ave and a bright living area with a modern decor that was just right. The beds were amazingly comfortable and bathrooms were all newer. Only wish the 2nd bathroom had a soap dish...we had to place shampoo and other shower amenities on the floor...no big deal. The salt water pool was great, and the beach chaise lounge service was great. All of the staff was attentive. While we had 1 or 2 people in housekeeping with poor English skills, their attitude and will to serve was far more important. I travel alot...60%...domestically and internationally, and this experience was a good as most positive experiences I have had.

The beach access was perfect…

The location was perfect and yet I certainly did not feel like I was in a resort. The kitchen was not well stocked with dishes and we were only provided with a very limited number of towels/had to collect towels from the front desk. Also, the resort fee was excessive for what was provided - I certainly did not feel like I was at a resort.
