Facing due south, the property is bathed in sunlight from sunrise to sunset. A 150 m² flower-filled garden with an old walnut tree and a 7m by 2m wooden deck, securely fenced with a solid wooden railing, overlooking the hamlet and the valley with a superb view of Lake Serre-Ponçon and the mountains, it offers a comfortable place to dine; the barbecue and plancha area is very nice, and lounge chairs are available.
You can also store your bikes, kayaks, and paddleboards safely in the basement.
Le Bourget is a little slice of paradise; the possibilities for adventure on foot, on skis, and on the water are endless... Having worked in nature tourism for over 20 years, I’d be happy to recommend the activities you won’t want to miss!!! Just 5 minutes from Chorges, with its shops and market, it’s the perfect place to stock up on supplies—not to mention the many restaurants, the swimming pool, and the hammam… Gap is 20 minutes from the chalet.
