NEW PHOTOS AS OF FEBRUARY 2026! Welcome to 52 Ocean Place, a fabulous two-bedroom, two-bathroom oceanfront condominium located in the private, gated community of Summer Beach Resort. Ocean Place is conveniently located next door to the world-class Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Spa. This renovated, beautifully furnished, and fully equipped condo is ready to host you for an unforgettable vacation!

This 4th floor condo offers all the comforts of home, with its completely stocked kitchen, high-end king mattress for the primary bedroom, fresh furnishings in the second bedroom offering a queen-size bed, two fully renovated bathrooms, and an open floor plan for hosting. The new living room and balcony furnishings offer comfortable seating to kick back and enjoy the view. Bedroom and bathroom linens are provided, as well as pool/beach towels for guests' convenience. The kitchen's recent upgrades will make it even more enjoyable during meal preparation. For laundry, guests can easily utilize the washer and dryer in the condo.

Two gorgeous oceanfront community pool areas are accessible at Ocean Place, both with boardwalks leading to the ocean. Each provides plenty of chaise loungers to enjoy the Florida sun! Walking and biking trails can be accessed from the Ocean Place entrance or near the beach, and for active travelers who like adventure, there are nearby surf lessons, kayak tour operators, and fishing charters. The historic district of Fernandina Beach is about 15 minutes north by car.

My teenagers, my husband, and I really enjoyed the beautiful beach. The condo was clean and the view was gorgeous. It was located close to everything. I would definitely stay here again. Worth every penny!

Beautiful oceanfront stay

My husband and I love to visit Amelia Island, and this condo was perfect for our stay. The view of the ocean from the master bedroom was beautiful, and the condo was very comfortable and clean. We definitely took advantage of the proximity to the beach for some walks and enjoyed the pool and other amenities. Hope to return again soon!

Great Location

I stayed at this location two years in a row, and I thoroughly up joyed the amenities of the Ritz Carlton, which is walking distance. The weather was a little grim, but that’s not the host fault.

Fall Break

Wonderful property and location. We came to the beach to enjoy “Fall Break” with our family and we came to enjoy the beach one last time before winter. This property allowed us to spend each day at the beach with the amenities we needed such as towels and beach chairs. In addition the close proximity to Amelia Island was great and allowed us to dine out and enjoy the quaint shops without going far from the property. Amazing time and will come back again :)

Better than we had imagined

The overall property is one of the best we have experienced. The panoramic views from the balcony is the best. Excellent access to pool and beach. A sidewalk away from the Ritz where we enjoyed dinner, Sunday Brunch and its coffee bar. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

Family Vacation

Came down with my family and loved the condo. It has been recently updated and looks beautiful. The location is excellent and the view is breathtaking. Bring your own beach chairs and umbrellas or please leave instructions on how to rent them ahead of time.

Amelia Island birthday trip

We really enjoyed our stay on Amelia Island and the Ocean Place condo, in particular. The condo was clean, spacious, with outstanding views! We could see for miles down the beach on the patio! And the view and ocean sounds from the bedroom were wonderful!! We would highly recommend both Amelia Island and the condo and can’t wait to return!!
