Eine tolle Unterkunft, wenn man Ruhe und Entspannung sucht. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten an verschiedenen schönen Stränden.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, ideal zum Entspannen in völliger Privatsphäre

Das Haus ist etwas abseits nördlich der Stadt Orosei gelegen, bietet eine völlige Privatsphäre und ist damit ideal zur Entspannung geeignet. Die Lage ist optimal für Ausflüge an wunderschöne Strände am türkisfarbenen Meer oder in die bergige Umgebung mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf das Landesinnere, jedoch ist unbedingt ein Auto erforderlich. Das Haus und die Ausstattung lassen keine Wünsche offen, absolut sauber und alles vorhanden. Genial: an jedem Fenster und sogar in der Eingangstür befinden sich Mückengitter, Klimaanlagen sorgen für ein angenehmes Raumklima. Die große Außenanlage ist gepflegt und bietet einen schönen Rahmen für das Haus. Absolut traumhaft ist die große Terrasse mit Sonnenschutz! Die Vermieter Luciana und Lorenzo sind sehr nett und freundlich. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt mit kaltem Wasser, frischem Obst und sardischen Süßigkeiten. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und können dieses Ferienhaus absolut empfehlen. Vielen Dank, Luciana und Lorenzo, wir kommen gerne wieder. Familie F., Juni 2019

Tolles Haus mit großer Terrasse und sehr schönem Blick auf die Berge in völlig privater Atmosphäre

Sehr herzl.Empfang von unserem äußerst sympathischen und auch bemühten,hilfsbereiten Vermieter Lorenzo.Er erwartete uns geduldig nach 1 Std. Verspätung mit landestypischen Süßigkeiten,1 Flasche kaltem Wasser und etwas Obst.Danach erklärte er uns alles( Klima,Fernbedienung der Terrassenüberdachung mit Beleuchtung etc.)Alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert und das Haus war tadellos sauber. Genauso herzl.war dann die Verabschiedung. Wir werden das Haus in unserem Bekanntenkreis bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen Vielen Dank Lorenzo für diesen äußerst komfortablen Aufenthalt Ilka u. Marc

BELLE VILETTA SUR GRAND TERRAIN, BONNE SITUATION, INTIMITE PRESERVEE

Avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette belle viletta, neuve et propre, où rien de l'essentiel ne manque (moustiquaires, climatisation , espace, soleil, salle de bain, congélateur, etc.. mais une voiture est indispensable pour découvrir cette belle région qu'est le golfe d'Orosei, car les attraits ne manquent pas, entre mer et montagne! Encore grazie mille à Lorenzo et Luciana pour leur sympathie, leur écoute et leur délicate attention de bienvenue! Nous serions ravis de revenir dans les meilleurs délais dans cette même location Laissons faire le temps! Bonne continuation et meilleures salutations à Luciana et Lorenzo et encore merci pour tout Bernard et Mayou (séjour Août 2016)

Bellissima casa

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza stupenda in una casa nuovissima, curata, pulita e dotata di ogni confort! Lorenzo e Luciane due persone squisite, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato perfino frutta fresca e pasticcini, insomma non si può chiedere di più! La casa e' circondata da un giardino grandissimo, si trova tra campagna e mare ( che dista circa 1km). Che dire di più...per noi la casa perfetta!

Grazie, siamo lieti di avervi ospitato, Tiziana e Simone sono ospiti, sensibili, simpatici, affabili, ottime persone con le quali colloquiare e trascorrere del tempo in perfetta sintonia. Hanno lasciato la villetta in perfetto ordine, così come gli è stata affidata. Sicuramente raccomandabili.

Schönes Ferienhaus in Alleinlage

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in Alleinlage. Das Haus ist noch sehr neu, so dass im Haus alles tadellos und schön war. Alles war sauber und die Besitzer haben uns herzlich begrüßt. Es war alles vorhanden zum Kochen, waschen, etc. Es gibt 2 Klimaanlagen (Schlafzimmer und Wohnraum-Küche) und sehr gute Moskitonetze, die man hoch und runter lassen kann. Auto ist notwendig, da es in direkter Nähe keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. Mit dem Auto ist aber alles in wenigen Minuten erreichbar (Supermärkte, Bäcker, etc.). Das Grundstück ist riesig und erst seit kurzem bepflanzt, so das die Hecken, Büsche und Bäume noch ein bißchen wachsen müssen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und einen tollen Urlaub gehabt. Erg mooi en rustig gelegen vrijstaand huis!

Het is een erg mooi vrijstaand huis. Heerlijk ruim terras rondom het huis. Ook een barbecue is aanwezig. Het huis was brandschoon toen we er aankwamen en we werden hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar. Mooie stranden in de nabije omgeving van het huis. Het huis is een ideale uitvalsbasis om Cala Gonone en omgeving te bekijken. Kortom, een heerlijke tijd gehad in dit huis!
