Couples Getaway with Outdoor Hot Tub!

(VERY IMPORTANT: This is a lovely efficiency apartment. You will NOT have the entire home to yourself! If this is fine with you, read on....) "Quiet" has a large bedroom with a Queen bed and a private bathroom on the lower level of the owner's log home. The apartment has a kitchenette, so you can bring your own food to be stored in the minifridge or be heated in the microwave. There is a small drip coffee maker. WiFi is available. There is outdoor seating, a chiminea, a charcoal grill, and a (shared) hot tub for guests' use. This accommodation is nestled on the border of Yellowwood State Forest with 40 acres of wooded property to explore and lots of nearby hiking trails. "Quiet" is situated halfway between Bloomington/IU and the artist village of Nashville. (Ask about booking both “Peace” and “Quiet” apartments together for larger groups.)

PLEASE NOTE: This efficiency apartment is on the lower level of the owner's private residence. You will not have access to the entire home. You will enter your room through a private guest entrance.

The room smelled like stale and newly smoked cigarettes. The room was cleaned the bed was made and bathroom was cleaned. We ended up leaving after about 20 minutes due to the smell and we both could not breath due to the smell. The ad says smoke free but it is not. You can also hear the owners walking upstairs and the bed is super noisy with each move you make. The breakfast is some muffins and they have some coffee and creamer in the fridge. The owners did refund the room rate and acknowledged the prior tenets did smoke in the room which would have been nice to know before hand we would have not even wasted our time to go out there. We are now arguing with Verbo to refund the fee and they are saying they won't due to booking through a 3rd party. So beware you book with Verbo but then Verbo charges their fees then back to Nature will charge their fees separate and there is nothing Verbo can do and according to Verbo they can not get ahold of back to nature owners.
