The house was built in the 1930s. Typical of the buildings of the region, the living rooms (living room and dining room) are upstairs to enjoy the view of the surrounding hills and the bedrooms are on the ground floor to benefit from the coolness.
- Upstairs: a large air-conditioned living room and dining room opening onto a terrace facing south and west, a fully equipped kitchen. A bedroom with double bed (160x200) air-conditioned and an adjoining walk-in shower room and toilet.
- On the garden level: 3 bedrooms: one with 1 double bed 160x200 (which can be separated into 2 single beds 80x200) air-conditioned, one with 1 double bed 140x190 air-conditioned, one with 2 single beds 90x190 equipped with a fan, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room and toilet.
Baby facilities: folding bed, high chair.
We provide household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, napkins, etc...)
Our villa is suitable for families with its enclosed garden, flat-bottomed swimming pool (4mx8mx1.5m), table tennis, lots of board games, books and comics.
The swimming pool is equipped with a roller shutter.
The maintenance of the garden and the swimming pool will be carried out during your stay.
Enclosed parking for 2 cars

The house is located in a very quiet residential area. To preserve the tranquility of the place, we ask our tenants not to party and we do not rent to groups of young people.
