Short walk into Gerardmer and a 5 minute drive to La Mauselaime for skiing.Quiet and warm chalet in winter and plenty of space for a family of 5.No toilet paper when we checked in - not great after a long drive but once we’d been shopping we had a lovely stay. Thank you

Beetje een tegenvaller

Huisje is veel te klein voor 5 of 6 personen , zeer slechte matrassen, het zwembad is voor alle huisjes (dus 4 x 13) gewoon veel te klein . Onderhoud van ons huisje kon echt wel beter er lagen nog gebruikte zakdoekjes onder de bedden en in sommige vuilbakken zat nog vuilnis .. Te weinig parking, je raakt je tweede auto nergens kwijt , en als het huisje voor 6 personen is dan kom je toch met 2 auto's niet? Maar de streek is mooi en is altijd wel iets te beleven. Het appartement dat wij huurde , was vetouderd en hydienisch ondermaats .

Nous sommes désolés de votre mauvaise appréciation pour la location de notre appartement à Gérardmer. Toutefois nous sommes persuadés que votre choix était mal ciblé : notre annonce ne stipule pas que nous louons un grand chalet de standing avec parking pour plusieurs véhicules et piscine privée , ce qui semblait correspondre à vos attentes... Concernant vos reproches pour la propreté et l'Hygiène de l'appartement , sans vouloir les mettre en doute ( nous n'y sommes pas habitués mais tout est possible ) , nous ne comprenons pas que lors de votre arrivée et de votre départ vous n'en ayez fait aucune remarque et aucun commentaire à notre prestataire qui effectue la conciergerie et veille à l'entretien et la bonne tenue de l'appartement... Quant au confort des matelas , celui du bas en 160 a été acheté en juin dans un magasin spécialisé, les autres sont comme indiqué des lits d'une personne en 90. Dommage, nous trouvons cela bien regrettable de même que cette mauvaise communication, mais peut-on avoir que des compliments et des avis favorables ???
