Beautiful, unobstructed view of the beach from the huge balcony! Big TV with tons of channels o n Dish and speedy Internet made the rainy time pass quickly. Host provided coffee starter packs, plenty of trash bags, and a lot of glasses and coffee cups. The pillows on the beds were a little thin, so I would recommend bringing you own. But the sheets felt good and the bed was comfortable!

Location was excellent. Walking distance to The Hangout and shopping. The view from the balcony was awesome. The pool could have been a bit cleaner, but not too bad. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again.

We regret that your condo was not ready at 4:00, but it does say in the rental agreement that it could be as late as 6PM. Housekeeping does have a very busy schedule during the summer months, so they do run behind schedule at times. We do hope that you enjoyed your stay!

Condo needs updated

The area was exactly as described, condo its self needs a lot of updates. Sofa and chairs were really stained and the refrigerator racks were rusted and dirty. I always rent from Vrbo and have never been disappointed but this time it was a let down. Overall it was an okay stay.

It was very humid and hot no matter what the AC was set to. Not sure if some humidifiers are needed or what. Since it was spring break it wasn’t bad, but during the summer months I feel like it would be too humid in that particular condo.

The bed in the master slept wonderful and I could look out the large window in the morning to see the waves coming in. We had a great location just a block from the Hangout which was fun. Reviewer Comments: We love the location(walking distance to city park).The condo needs a deep cleaning (cabinets and blinds and under the beds, etc)and needs some upgrades(hood over the stove, refrigerator has some rust in the freezer)The washer makes a TERRIBLE noise when it is spinning; I'm surprised our neighbors didn't complain.(sounds like a subway train starting up)

Only a few comments on things that could have gone better. No linens for the couch/bed until I contacted SP twice, the batteries didn't work right in the remote control for the TV(we had to buy batteries) and the toilets were way too low to the ground for folks with knee issues - updated toilets (standard height toilets would have made a great difference). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

The ceiling fans & vents were full of dust.underneath the beds have not been cleaned in a very long time.the pits and pans had caked food in some of them.The wall outlets behind the 2nd bedroom is a fire hazard & only one of the plugs work !THE SOFA NEEDS TO BE REPACED,MOST UNCOMFORTABLE ON A POSITIVE NOTEWE had a wonderful time! the beds and pillows were wonderful.the bedspreads need updated many stains on them.

Reviewer Comments: From the moment we walked in and my wife smelled the smoke and we looked around at the cobwebs, dirty chairs, coffee table with missing glass, we contacted the company and advised that due to my wife's allergies and her grandson's asthma we would be forced to find other arrangements and requested reimbursement. After numerous phone calls and many delays on their part, they informed us they could not assist us since we did not wait around for them to remedy the situation, although we waited two hours.

Thank you for leaving a message. We have been communicating with you since you arrived. You left almost as soon as you came in without giving us an opportunity to rectify your complaints. There was a 30-40 minute window from the time you called our after hours service until we contacted you, and you had already left. A representative from our office immediately went over to the condo, as all of our properties are not smoking, she stated that there was a smell from cooking seafood. The table you referenced, we told you about that, the guest that left the same morning of your arrival broke it. We had removed all glass and ordered a new piece for the table. It has now been replaced.
