The property is located in the small village of Clec'h Burtul, which overlooks Kerfany Beach. Situated on a dead-end street, it offers peace and quiet. It can accommodate up to 6 people.
The first floor features a living/dining room, a kitchen with built-in cabinets, and a bathroom with a shower, vanity, and toilet.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms. One large bedroom with a double bed and a crib, and two children’s bedrooms with 90-cm beds. On the spacious landing, there is a sofa bed with a very comfortable mattress for two adults. A powder room with a toilet and sink.
In the fenced-in garden, you can enjoy the sunshine and lovely evenings.

The price for the cottage for one week ranges from 550 to 750 €, depending on the rental period.

For a bit of sightseeing to explore the region, visit Pont-Aven—the city of painters and galettes—Quimperlé, a historic town with its rivers and the Rias Festival, Concarneau with its walled town and the Filets Bleus Festival, and Lorient with its Interceltic Festival. And don’t forget the charm of the small ports: Belon, Brigneau, Merrien, and Doëlan.
