Charis Janda Baik Villa 1 - Three-bedroom villa by the river

This holiday home rental is located strategically in Chemperoh, Janda Baik which is merely 45 minutes from downtown KL. Location is right in front of Chemperoh River. This is a 3 bedroom villa with 3 bathroom + a living/dining/kitchen area. At night the temperature dips to 22C. It can accommodate 8 guests in total. Bedroom 1 - 2 Queen bed, Bedroom 2 - 1 King Bed, Bedroom 3 - 2 Super Single.

This villa comes with a private pool for the enjoyment of the occupants in complete privacy. Excellent for quality time family outing or for bonding with close friends. Basic kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, mugs, mineral water, tea, coffee will be made available. Towel and bedsheet refresh every 2 days. BBQ pit is made available upon request. Bean bags, hammock + BBQ pit by the river can be made available upon request. Sports facilities e.g. Mini-football, Touch Rugby, Beach volleyball, Outdoor Ping Pong, Soft archery, Boule and Frisbee is shared with 2 other villas within the vicinity.The Chemperoh river is directly located in front of the villa but is considered a Public area, can also be enjoyed by others in the neighbourhood. We will be able to help you to “book” a nice spot with bean bags and folding table.
Food is not served but can be delivered by several local restaurants all located 2-4km away from the resort. Activities in the area include river trekking, hiking, tubing. paint ball and cycling.
