It has been purposefully set up to be very comfortable and sophisticated. Public transport options within 5 minute walk and two parking permits for free parking available if you are bringing a car. This is the perfect home base for your group trip to Boston!

This was a nice place to stay while visiting Boston. We are staying again in a couple of weeks. It was just as described, and had all we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful. It was hard to find parking each night, but we did always find one.

Great Chelsea Base!

Solid option for four adults in Chelsea! Appreciate the cleanliness and location. Upstairs neighbors woke up the person in the bedroom off the kitchen early on weekday mornings, but aside from that, we had zero complaints— very responsive landlord.

Wonderful Apartment in the Heart of the City

We really enjoyed The Maverick Apartment. It had everything we needed and was close to a lot of the main activities in Boston. It had a lot of space for our group of 10 and we felt very at home there. The owner had a lot of nice touches to the place that made it feel homey. The Free parking was also a huge plus for this area! The check-in and communication was super easy and we would stay here again!

Brian was a great host, communicated clearly and effectively. Was extremely helpful and reliable. Property was clean, and well stocked with bedding and towels. Location wasn’t the best, but a quick Uber to just about any attraction or sight you may sought out.

The pictures look anything but the real place. It is 4 bedrooms, not 5. You can't post a 5th bedroom when it's the living room. The basement was creepy and not a good feel when having to use the washer and dryer. The parking situation was horrible and unsafe. We had to walk blocks to get to the apartment late at night, not to mention that we couldn't leave on time due to being beside a private school. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, but the overall experience was a bummer. It's hard to have conversations and enjoy family time when the living room is someone's bedroom.

Home away from home!

Book this today! This was a great place for us to stay at. We had 4 adults, twins that are 1 and a 2 year old. The check in was easy, and he was able to let us check in early which was great as the kids needed naps. There are roomy bedrooms for everyone, the kitchen and eating area are nice size, quiet neighborhood and great washer and dryer! We got groceries to make meals at the house and great appliances! Katz bagels just down the street is a must!! We rented baby items from Baby's Away and they dropped off and picked up the items. The price is perfect! Brian is very responsive to messages and helpful.

The difficulty with street parking was too inconvenient for a positive experience. The listing was also misleading. The apartment was adequately kept but definitely not luxury. Also we received a ticket even using the parking permits given. We had 8 in our party and multiple vehicles so free parking was not available for more than two cars and even then we still got a ticket which could be contested but we live 6 hours away so we're not really going to do that. Money would be better spent on a hotel for a more pleasurable experience. If the listing stated nice apartment with limited parking but sleeps 8 and the price were less then we would have had more realistic expectations for our stay.
