Two terraces await you for your favourite moments (9 m² and 40 m²), fully equipped and covered, overlooking the lush greenery of the organic garden (350 m²).
On the ground floor, there is an air-conditioned living/dining room (38 m²), a separate kitchen, a pantry, and a half-bath. Upstairs, there are 3 beautiful bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with a tub, and 1 half-bath. Each window is equipped with electric roller shutters and mosquito screens. There are child safety gates at each end of the interior staircase.
