About this property

Private 1st Floor Apartment - Steps from the Beach - Pet Friendly

Nicholas, at 17 E Street, is located on the east side of A1A Beach Blvd. here in the heart of St. Augustine Beach. Nicholas is our 1st floor apartment and has a private entrance with a cozy patio. On the patio we have a large teak table with four comfortable chairs and a large gas grill. Nicholas is pet friendly and the back yard is great for our pet guests. The living room has a large comfortable sofa and a 43 inch flat screen tv. Our efficiency kitchen is small but still has everything you'll need to prepare, cook, and serve meals. The bedroom has a new queen size bed and a large closet. The full bath has both a tub and shower and plenty of counter space. We also have a new washer / dryer in Nicholas for our guests.
The secure garage is shared space with Barney, the upstairs unit, and works great for guests traveling with bikes and other gear. We also have plenty of beach chairs for our guests. As well as beach wagons to help you get everything to and from the beach each day.
Nicholas is perfect for couples and small families looking to enjoy St. Augustine in comfort and ease.
Also, it is possible to rent both units at E Street if you need to accommodate more guests. Please let me know if this is ideal and we can coordinate dates.

Great location

If you're looking for a simple little hideaway close to the beach, this is for you. The beach is just a short stroll at the end of the street and everything else is a short walk or bike ride away. The host, Morgan, is a great guy and will make certain that you have everything you need. Bikes, beach chairs and even a beach wagon are all provided for you.

Perfect winter retreat!

Everything about the house suited our needs to a tee. Morgan could not have been more accommodating. The location was ideal for beach access, and it was just a short drive into St. Augustine proper. We had our small dog traveling with us, and the house provided a comfortable stay for her as well. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice Florida vacation.

LOCATION!

The property was so clean and perfect for 2! We walked to the beach daily and to dinner every night. It was stocked with everything we need and having the beach cart with chairs and umbrella were perfect, as we flew in and didn't anything with us, for the beach! PERFECT! We will be back!

Nice property

The property was very clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and even offered to help with luggage. My only complaint is that the pictures online were taken with camera that exaggerated the size of the house. It is very small and the kitchen is micro sized and almost impossible to use for more than just sandwiches. The people that rented the other side of the house were not noisy by any means but you could hear every foot step they made at all times. Im sure they heard us too. Beach access was good but still quite a walk from the house.

Relaxing vacation

Home away from home!

This is such a perfect getaway! Truly a home away from home! Everything is so wonderfully close, check in and check out were flawless, and our host very welcoming and accommodating! This was a wonderful little gem in the perfect location to the beach and shops. Plenty of beach gear to use, including a wagon. The unit was perfect for us and our pups. Morgan was also great and SO accommodating and responsive to anything we needed. Would absolutely come back!

Great host and location

The host Morgan greeted us upon arrival and was very friendly and helpful with suggestions since my husband and I had never visited before. The place is perfect for couples. The beach was very close and historic district was not a far drive at all. I would love to return in the future.

Great getaway

This property was just what my husband and I were looking for to have a vacation together. We were able to walk to the beach, walk to breakfast, and downtown St. Augustine was never more than a 10 minute drive to explore the beautiful city and all of its history. We can’t wait to go back!!!

A great find!

We enjoyed staying at this location! It is on the ground level of a two story bldg, with a spacious patio including a gas grill. Great for two people (and our large dog), and spotless to boot. The apt is one block from the beautiful beach—away from all the sand but very easy to access, as well as several restaurants. I thought because we were close to A1A we might hear the traffic, but we heard nothing and slept well throughout our stay. Easy check in and check out.
