One-Bedroom Apartment, good standard, with balcony and parking

One-bedroom apartment of 36m² good standard, very bright with balcony, 4th floor with elevator, Lyon 7th district.

100 m from the Rhône river, for walking or reaching other areas of Lyon.
Ideally located, close to all amenities (grocery store, bakeries, pharmacies, post office, hospital, etc.).
Near Place Jean Macé, Perrache Train station, Metro B, Tram 1 and 2, Station Vélo'v, bus.

Underground paying parking space is optional (9€ per day).

A deposit of 200€ will be required. It will be returned at the exit of the premises if no damage is found.

The apartment is very well equipped, so that you can feel at home: kettle, toaster, Senseo coffee maker, oven and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fiber optic TV and optical fiber WIFI, iron and ironing board, kitchen ware and many utensils, etc.

The accommodation has a double bed and a sofa bed that can accommodate two other people, including children.
For 2 people with 2 separate beds, the additional sheet kit is 10 €.

The entire accommodation is at your disposal, we will hand you the keys.

Absolutely fine for a weekend

It’s a nice place, particularly for a couple willing to walk into town as its within easy reach of the Metro (10 mins), buses and trams are nearby also.

Appartement très bien malgré un environnement bruyant.

Très bien au sujet de l'appartement qui est très propre et bien aménagé. L'environnement est assez bruyant notamment la nuit (route très empruntée proche). Attention à l'annonce pour le parking qui ne stipule pas que la rampe d'accès et la place sont étroites et ne conviennent pas à des voitures assez grandes (bon pour citadines ou petites routières, mais pas plus grandes). Le propriétaire se permet de dire qu'il faut s'entraîner aux créneaux si cela est trop juste, ce qui est non seulement déplacé, mais également hors sujet (on ne se gare pas en créneau dans son parking dont l'accès est trop étroit). La place est petite, c'est tout ! Donc une communication assez limite, en plus d'être condescendant.. A noter aussi que la caution est à laisser en espèces, ce qui est assez surprenant.
