One story 4 bedroom 3 full bath 3200 square foot brick home located in the cul-de-sac of a quiet, established neighborhood close to the Augusta National. This home was built in 1963 and has been updated and tastefully decorated. Hardwood floors throughout. Master bedroom and guest bedroom with flat screen TVs and a 58" TV in the living room. There is a large back deck with a grill and a large, private back yard with a play set and fire pit. The kitchen has all the amenities needed for cooking. Renters insurance required. This is a pet free and smoke free home.
