RARE Beachfront AND Wildlife Reserve Home in Broadkill Beach!

Welcome! This lovely home is one of the only houses on Broadkill Beach that boasts unobstructed views and private access to both the Delaware Bay and the breathtaking Primehook National Wildlife Refuge.

Come and rest or play at your leisure...celebrate life, family and friends. Enjoy quiet walks on the beach or pour yourself into a good book on our screened in porch overlooking the reserve....escape the stresses of the daily grind while sipping your morning joe or evening cocktail on one of our two bay-facing decks...cook your favorite meals in our fully equipped kitchen, but don’t forget to stop and take in the breathtaking sunsets. Fish off your private dock, or enjoy a friendly game of shuffle board or ping pong. Animals are welcome, so don’t forget to spoil your fur-baby at this relaxing home away from home.

Broadkill Beach is incredibly family friendly and offers an array of fun activities from fishing, golfing, and biking to water sports. If decadent restaurants, quaint little shops or laid back breweries are your interest, you’re certain to enjoy the nearby towns of Milton, Lewes, Rehoboth, and Dewey Beach.

After whatever your day brings, retreat to our beachfront bungalow, put your feet up, and doze off to the soothing sounds of the water and nature surrounding you. We have a cozy pull-out sofa bed and three inviting bedrooms (one king, one queen, and two sets of twin-over-full bunk beds), including a master suite equipped with a gas burning fireplace to cuddle near on those chilly nights.

There are two full baths, or if you prefer the great outdoors take advantage of our outdoor shower, especially pleasant to wash off the salt and sand of the day.

While we try to provide all the comforts of home that we can, guests are required to bring their own linens, towels, soap and paper products.

Really lovely house with great views from both the front and back. The house was confortable with lots of room for the family. There are plenty of beach supplies - chairs, umbrellas, a cart & bicycles to use. We had a great stay and hope to return next summer.

Family fun!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Renee’s lovely Broadkill Beach home! We dodged the many bouts of rain and thankfully had lots of beach time. The kids enjoyed the many toys and activities that were strategically stashed around the house. A plus for us this year was having lovely views from both sides of the house, and I particularly enjoyed watching the wildlife and appreciated the tranquility of the Wildlife Preserve.

Love this house!

We love this house! The back screen porch is a secret hideaway. The views are unparalleled and we love the layout and all the gates. The gates kept the dog where we wanted them and were so convenient. Thank you for such a great birthday weekend!

Great location and beautiful home!

This was a great house for our family. Our kids loved being able to walk to the beach and it was a quiet place to retreat to after a busy day. It was close to rehoboth and lewes for day trips. The house itself was beautiful and everything we needed. The host was great with communication before our stay and during. She provided recommendations for restaurants, activities, etc. On our first night, we had an issue with gas to the stove and it was taken care off quickly and professionally. Everything else was perfect! We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing and Peaceful

This was our second time staying at this property and it was absolutely wonderful.. it is great for families especially with children as the beach is easily accessible and the view with all the nature around is stunning. Will book again :)

Stunning property and views. Short walk to a nearly private beach. Easy drive to Milton, Lewes, or Rohoboth for dining and activities. Our toddler had an absolute blast and we can’t wait to come back again.
