Very nice apartment on the ground floor located in a magnificent house 100 m from the beach of Pereire.
This property, recently renovated by two architects with high-end materials, consists of a pleasant living room with open kitchen, three bedrooms each with TV and shower room, a fourth bedroom with bunk beds and three separate toilets.
The living room and two bedrooms open onto a private covered terrace of 30 m2, facing south.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave
and a Nespresso coffee machine.
The crockery is made of Limoges porcelain.
You can enjoy the south-facing, covered terrace, housing a table and eight chairs for very convivial meals.
Located 100 metres from the beach and close to the city centre of Arcachon, this apartment will seduce you with its calm and location.

Great location, very near beaches and town. Convenient supermarket at end of road. Host met us in good time allowing an early check in which we appreciated. Thick stone walls provided natural air conditioning which proved very helpful. All mod cons and well set out inside. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful apartment

The apartment is in a beautiful building in a great location not far from town , beach and park . We were 2 families with young children . The apartment has everything you need provided and a definite feeling of luxury . It is probably not ideal for toddlers as we found the amazing looking architectural glass for the showers difficult for the small people difficult to navigate around but this is only advice not a negative as the place has been done so nicely . Easy check in and out . 5 stars !!!

Une location exceptionnelle

Tres bel appartement, tres bien equipé, agencé, décoré. Matériaux de grande qualite. Calme. Chambres spacieuses, disposant toutes dune salle de bain individuelle et de toilettes. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la localisation proche de la tres belle plage Pereire et du centre-ville. Location totalement en adéquation avec l'annonce. Une vreaie reussite pour les propriétaires et un tres bon séjour pour nous. Merci !

Belle semaine dans la villa Saint Louis

Logement spacieux, bien équipé, moderne et propre dans une très belle villa idéalement située. L’appartement a fortement contribué à la réussite de nos vacances en famille et avec des amis.

Très agréable séjour

L’appartement est très spacieux, bien équipé et joliment décoré. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances. Il est idéalement situé : proche du centre d’Arcachon (10 min à pied ou 5 à vélo) et de Pereire. Une plage est directement accessible depuis la rue également. Je recommande ++++

Bien de haute qualité

Location de grande qualité tant par l'équipement que par la literie et d'emplacement agréable et calme. Le jardin gagnerait à être un peu plus pimpant tant par son fleurissement que par son entretien général ( qqs fleurs + une pelouse ne nuiraient pas ) ce qui rendrait les déjeuners en extérieur plus attrayants.

Idéal, nous y retournerons avec plaisir

Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire et la personne sur place qui est très disponible. Appartement refait et meublé avec goût. Le mobilier est très design et de qualité, la literie est neuve (comme tout le reste d’ailleurs) et de très haute gamme. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine et nous y retournerons sans hésiter

Très bonne expérience en famille dans ce bel appartement rénové. Proche de la plage et à environ 15mon du centre-ville. Mobilier design et moderne. Literie très confortable. Une vraie réussite !

Excellent location - walking distance to the sea, shops and cycle pathways, yet quiet for a good nights' rest. Beds are very comfortable and home spacious for the family. Well received when arrived. Good communication beforehand by the owner. Highly recommended! Thank you for a great stay!

Très bel appartement très bien équipé et très confortable. Décoration moderne en tous points conforme à la description et au photos. L'emplacement est idéal à proximité de la plage (accessible à pied en 5 min) et du centre ville (accessible à pied également). Nous recommandons fortement pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis sur le bassin d'Arcachon

Suite à votre commentaire, le problème ne s’étant jamais posé, nous avons fait passer une entreprise pour vérification des sanitaires, le problème serait uniquement dû à l’orage violent qu’il y a eu sur Arcachon pendant votre séjour . Je suis désolée pour ce désagrément passager qui apparemment a été constaté dans plusieurs logements d’après ce professionnel. Cordialement

Séjour à Arcachon
