Steps from Juno beach, 1bd/1ba spacious cottage apartment. Ground floor quiet apartment in the back a 2014 constructed Key West style vacation home. Open concept living area with beautiful fully stocked kitchen. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops. Two smart TVs, wifi, Egyptian cotton sheets, luxurious amenities throughout. Full bath has glass enclosed shower and marble top vanity. Laundry room with full size washer/dryer, utility sink. Large bedroom with queen bed and large walk-in closet with plenty of storage. Outdoor seating area , outdoor shower and outdoor parking space. Bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas fully stocked for fun in the sun!!

We are the second owners of this well built and cared for dream home. Our family has enjoyed the Juno Beach area for over 30 years. As our second home, we travel here from the Midwest for rest and relaxation. It was our dream to live near the ocean in a quaint beach community. We hope that you will enjoy this beautiful area as much as us!

The home is situated on a historic street within feet of the beach access and ocean. There is beautiful lush tropical vegetation surrounding the property. The one bedroom cottage apartment is on the ground floor with its own separate entrance.
